Lee, you’re the man. Not sure if you remember my comment. I ended up running 39:50 for 10k on a super tough course. All things ideal I reckon I’d be around 39:15. Might be slightly short of sub-3 but will be going for 3:05. Thanks so much, would love to be part of a camp!

I mean the grind you're on with uploads is absolutely insane. I'm surprised you don't have more subs at this point. Only thing I can really say is sometimes the programs especially intervals can be tricky to follow without some visual aid

I really appreciate that, and even more so the feedback on visuals. 🙏

I really love watching your videos. I'm currently recovering from a heart attack, so it will be a while before I get active again. I particularly enjoyed the last production about running 5k's. I will implement your advice once I'm on the road again with a few months' base. Keep up the good work and I wish you all the success you deserve with your new venture.

Well done Lee. I've enjoyed your videos (nice to see another Manchester lad too). I think you have a done a video about running form ages ago, but I'd love to see more regarding that. Because I think my running form sucks. My cadence is too high - like 200+. I take really short strides. I know what I'm doing wrong. Not raising my knee high enough. Not kicking back high enough. When I do those things I end up struggling to land with foot under my torso. I just find running form a nightmare and really think I would improve my times a lot if I get good my form right.

@@leegrantham Hi Lee. It's been a tough few weeks. Just running 5-6K at 6:30 pace., with HR in Z3; not enjoyable at all, but I've been pushing myself through it. I finally had a better run yesterday when it started to feel more natural again. I can only think the illness lingered even if I felt OK. Pleased to be on the up again.

Just food for thought sir... Perhaps you can consider creating a start to finish running course. You could create a website and steer your KZbin subscribers to your website. It could even be made up of individual KZbin videos but organized in a logical sequence and streamable. Maybe you could even put them on DVDs. If the course cost $100 for a user, and 2k of your subscribers eventually enroll in the course, BAM! you just made $200k. You could go over proper running form, zones, LSD, speed and hill sessions, general training programs for 5k, 10k, half, full, ultra, etc. maybe a section on shoe choice, nutrition, cross training, rest and recovery.. pretty comprehensive start to finish. I'll be one of your first customers if you ever do it. A lot of the information is already embedded in some of your videos but it would be nice if it was organized into a logical sequence. Anyway just a suggestion sir. I think you are a world-class coach
@thadstuart854425 күн бұрын
I mentioned that because some of the other running channels, cycling channels, and guitar channels I watch have courses available. Many people are willing to pay in order to have a One-Stop shop for organized information. Overtime I think it can be very profitable for you especially as your channel grows exponentially, which is inevitable, since you have such good information
@L0Ls0ul25 күн бұрын
You already have most of what you're asking for here for free. There are even playlists structured by topic so you can navigate more easily. We can be very grateful that it's available for free and Lee is using it mostly as advertisement for his coaching where his main expertise lies. While it would be a quick cash grab, I don't think offering plans or a course makes a whole lot of sense. You'd at least want some check ins and personalized feedback so I understand the stance of rather offering coaching subscriptions. The rest you can easily figure out yourself just based on the content that's already released here.
@thadstuart854425 күн бұрын
@@L0Ls0ul yes most of that content is already on here as I mentioned in the original post. I was suggesting all of that material would stay on YT and new material would be added to YT like it is now. But, many content creators have free videos on KZbin for those who want to search titles, but they also have "paid for" courses where everything is organized and there's normally exclusive bonus material. To each's own. You'd be a free guy, where I'd be someone willing to pay for his expertise. Neither way is better, it's just personal preference. It's more about content creators providing valuable services and solutions for consumers, which is not the same for everyone
