@@ricardoborralho9421 no experience wit the 895 but I heard the balance was sh!t, I wouldn’t own one. The 873 will work for flipping close quarters. I don’t ever worry about handle length

Which would you suggest for a Ned rig rod, 852s jwr or 872s jwr?

Hey Eric, I own a NRX 852s JWR and the NRX 821s Ned Rig. Both will work for you.....but the 821s will do it better. It's definitely a lighter rod. If you're looking for the NRX that'll do bottom Sankos like none other...and also be a great Ned rig rod....then I'd say the 852s/872s. The JWR rods are definitely more versatile. I guess it depends if you're looking for a "specific" type. You honestly can't go wrong with either of the 3 rods I suggested. Hope that helped
