Paige Weidner wow congrats where are you attending ? I’m a junior at brown and one thing I wish I knew to always put my physical and mental health first. In high school I could skimp on this things but in college so much more work and responsibilities are required that you gotta be healthy mentally and physically to do all of it. That’s just one thing :) I suggest you start practicing things like meditation and mindfulness now so that it’s routine when you get to college 🌸🌸🌸 oh and never doubt how amazing you are
