I just bought a kindle paperwhite with ads on it. I knew that there would be ads when the screen was locked but i didn't know they would be at the bottom of the screen. Are they at the bottom while I'm reading? If so I'll have to cancel my order and switch to the non-add version :/

I probably do have 200+ books on my e-reader, I use it a lot. I love that it has a light function, so I can read in the dark. Sometimes I wish my physicial books had glow in the dark pages or something lol :p

It would be nice if you could even get 50% of the value of Kindle books if you return them. And maybe Amazon store credit for future purchases. The only issue would be if people tried selling back books that went on sale and back up to the full value

I've accidentally bought books on Kindle before and the customer service are usually very helpful. At least on amazon.co.uk you can return Kindle books if you message them straight away =)

You can actually return kindle books, at least you can if you accidently click "buy now". I've done it, pretty recently actually. I know, when you are "returning", the options for the reason, one is "accidental click" or something. lol

I loved this video! I am always interested in what other people have on their ereaders and there are not enough videos like this out there. Love when someone will let others know when an ebook, such as Obsidian, is free on the Kindle. Got that and Darkest Minds. Loved both the books! Yeah searching the free books can get you in deep LOL! My Kindle Paperwhite is full pretty much. Some were gifts, some I bought but mostly I saw ones that looked good and got them. I try to snag one and read it though and then move it off the Kindle so I can make room for others.

I've returned a kindle book that I accidentally purchase. If you purchased the book through the kindle store in the reader, there is an option to return it if you haven't started reading the book yet. Once you click on the book though, the return option goes away.

You actually can return a kindle book for refund within 7 days of ordering :) Go to manage your content and devices, then click the actions button next to the book you want to return, then click on return for refund :) Fun video, I really need to create a TBR jar for my kindle books too. It's so easy to forget about them with a full bookshelf of unread books!

You technically can return a book on the kindle so long as you notice that the moment you bought it that you go right away to your kindle area on amazon. You click on the options of the said book and you can click refund and you won't have to worry about it. My niece once bought a book on my kindle and I found out then that I could get refunds

By the way you can return Kindle items. Just go to manage content find the item and if it is within seven days you you will under the button for deliver/delete, return for refund. I've done with accidental buys or if I got and started it and three chapter in it was an awful book.

Just so know, you can return ebooks that you one clicked by accident. You may have to do it on the computer but it can be done. I have done that multiple times and just returned it right away.

Yes you can. Just use the microUSB that comes in the box. As for PDFs, you can; it'll work fine. I'd recommend using a program like Calibre to convert to AZW, AZW3, or MOBI format first. Just for a better reading experience. 📖
