What would you eat if you were an astronaut? From tomato basil soup, to (crustless) vegetable quiche, to good old-fashioned banana pudding, you'd have a plethora of choices specifically designed to maintain the perfect caloric intake. Host Gabe had the opportunity to sit down and feast with Kimberly Glaus Läte, of the Space Food Systems Laboratory, and learn all about the cuisine millions of miles away! Spoiler alert: it doesn't include freeze-dried ice cream.
