Looking good. You may want to base coat some in panzer Gray as a lot of the tanks were gray when they arrived in Africa. At first the Germans made a sand slurry to cover the gray.

I got mine from PSC. But one question here. Did you magnetize the front of the turret? So you can exchange the barrels and its front plate? I did that to play the normal, uparmored and flame version. With a bit of effort you can get more out of one sprue. I took a block magnet and glued it inside the turret. Then I drilled a little hole into the front plate piece and put a small disc magnet inside it. And violá you get a transformer tank.

Interesting as I’m at the exact same stage. Painted one Pz IV F2 as a test. What paint did you us? DAK changed their colour scheme depending on early/late North Africa. No Tiger’s for me 😄

John should be embarrassed of himself. While the piant jobs look fine, his identification skills need some serious improvement. The unpainted Pz III he holds up and says is a 7.5 cm gun is NOT. It's a long barrel 5.0 cm Pz. III, Ausf. L. Most of the other unpainted ones have shorert barrel 5.0 cm. He DOES have two with 7.5 cm guns (Ausf. N's) in the right rear of his container but he apparently doesn't know the difference. But the biggest error he makes is in holding up a Panzerjager 38(t) Ausf. M, Marder III (primed in black) and assuming they were part of the Afrika Korps. They weren't. None of those vehicles ever served in North Africa. I would hope that someone with his experience in historical gaming would be a bit better at historical research.
