You look beautiful Em. You're not alone having a cry this week or when you filmed this. I have cried so many times this week even at work. My team leader gave me a hug which she isn't normally a hugger. When your body is in distressed stress, sleeping having a cry can help. My favorite flower is a lily it was my day off today. I had to get a injection in my foot I have put so much wear and tear on my feet with work its very painful to walk. Living so far away from family to, my dad at the moment is in hospital in Barnsley been in for 3 weeks. I have been stressing about him too.

Em - this is my second comment sorry but ref your hair - you often pin curl your hair for a bouncy look, but as in this vlog, when you style it straighter with a slight curl/wave or turned under at the ends it looks longer & thick - I hope you realise how much this style really does suit you. Think your hair does look thicker & longer in general but the straighter styling v much enhances it. You perseverance is paying off. Looks grt. Em; I will always think you're a lovely girl with a genuine thirst for life. I believe you want to have good experiences and live life to the fullest. Feel free to take this comment with a pinch of salt. Recently it does not feel like you are in a good place (despite pleading the contrary). It seems like you are not enjoying your life. Perhaps it is symptomatic of feeling as though you are in a similar situation to where you are a few years ago? I am not sure. I would really implore you though to consider what it is you want from your future. Because I feel as though if I were to ask you that, you genuinely wouldn't be able to give me a response. I am sure you do enjoy the trips away and everything but it feels as though there is a lack of fulfilment there. That you are using those outings as an escapism as opposed to enjoyment. I actually think you would do better by travelling less and going to fewer events because it'll allow you to enjoy the events and trips you do go on more! Also, and I have to be honest, this video just felt like an ad campaign. It was as though I'd turned on the television and I had to endure 50 straight minutes of adverts. I think if you asked your 20 year old self whether she'd be happy producing videos in ten years time littered with adverts, the 20 year old Em would not be into that. As I say take what I say with a pinch of salt but I really hope/wish/implore you to consider where you are in life and where you want to go in life and make some concrete decisions.

I'm sorry you felt it was an ad campaign, to be completely transparent I was only supposed to speak about the vitamins for around 30 seconds but I am so passionate about everything to do with the consultation, the protein and my hair that I ended up speaking for A LONG time. I was not paid for that - I wrote Ad / Ad Pr as I was gifted some of it but just so you know, it is very genuine and authentic. I probably did speak for FAR too long on the topic, I am sorry! Thanks for sticking with me and watching :) on the flip side though, I do need to make money so I can continue to create. I do stand by the fact that 20 year old Em is so proud of the videos she makes and brands she works with. I’d highly recommend watching the blowout professor on KZbin. My hair used to be like yours and I lost 95% of it due to health conditions and medication I’m on and following his advice of using the Redken acidic bonding concentrate after a first wash and then leaving on for 20 mins then washing out and using a deep conditioning mask and then the k18 after rinsing that out. If you do this every week and only wash your hair once a week you will see immediate results. It is the ONLY product that actually is proven to repair hair and after 6 weeks of doing this your hair will be soft strong and shiny and healthy even with carrying on bleaching 😊

I love daisies and living south of Perth, WA near the beach they look so lovely in summer when the sun is shining...like the bunch you had in this vlog with the pink bud roses. Can I just say when one door closes, another door opens, and you don't realise how great you are ....and you've worked hard for that body so go out and grab life and surround yourself with your friends…that vlog where you met Leonora for the first time ice skating you more than held your end of the conversation up so just remember how great you are...it gets easier as you get older...you have more confidence in yourself...just a thought have you tried wearing different coloured lipsticks?... I always think the right colour brings warmth to your face and sometimes all you need is great skin and lipstick if you are rushing out the door, and you look great in black and white très chic so chin up sweetie you are beautiful...a friend bought me that on a key ring and I read it often xx

Equally even if they were paid Ads (which they’re not!) I’m allowed to make money otherwise I can’t actually pay my mortgage and create content in the first place! Let’s support people making a living! I hope some of these brands will work with me in the future as I authentically love them. It’s not a shame for people to make a living and I’m sorry you feel that way. Unfortunately advertising laws are very confusing so I just write Ad to protect myself, which then annoys people so I’m sorry.

But to us the viewer it just feels like youre one big corporate machine. You dont sound authentic. A few years ago you did. Now it just feels like constant ads
