Employment: If anyone is interested, the education sector-K-12, secondary, and post-secondary institutions-frequently seeks assistance in special education roles, whether as paraprofessionals, administrators, or others. Content Idea: Many bloggers talk about entering and preparing for markets, but I haven't seen anyone interview market or event coordinators to gain insights from their perspective. It would be fascinating to learn about their experiences, such as securing locations, handling insurance, determining the appropriate space, deciding how many vendors to invite, and navigating city permits. Conducting an interview (live or recorded) or simply asking them to answer a few questions you can read aloud would not only benefit all Makers but would also give the coordinator a platform to share best practices that contribute to successful markets-and possibly discuss some common pet peeves.😅). With Small Business Saturday approaching, let’s make it a priority to support our favorite Makers! 😊. I just made my first small business purchase today. Can't wait to try out my new diffuser😄.

I will definitely look into the education area for employment so thank you for this suggestion. And I like the content idea. You're right that no one has done this. I've seen interviews of other candle businesses, and more but not of those who put together the markets. Of course, I would have to build up some nerve for this lol but I'm definitely putting this on my list for a future video.
