Happy evening, yes I have experienced some of them in this video. I used to give biscuits to a dog named Jimmy; one day I notice that when I saw Jimmy as me. There is no difference. Not only animals, in my work place where I newly joined, after some day go on, I can't differenciate me from my co-staffs. I am easy to connect with new people. In my lifetime, If I will awaken or not, My focus on gratitude practice continues till my last breath. I share my experience to my close friend, but his mind always analyse it. I have had my awakening in the last couple of weeks. I have had ringing in my ears more now then before. Also, it seems like energy around me might be shifting because I also experience my ears to pop. Like if I am on an airplane. I vibrate in bed some nights more then others. Thank you for posting this, when I watched it I watched it in the state of my true nature and from there I was able to truly sink into the full experience of the knowing, the certainty, and the guarantee as me as my true nature.

"I'm/you are everything" is the same as "I'm/you are your/my thoughts", Because something feels a certain way doesn't imply it is that way. To believe it is a certain way is a conclusion made by the mind, a belief held onto, thoughts. "Without ego I'd be sitting on the couch not eating" just assumptions, thoughts "I identify as consciousness..." All this is ego activity, thoughts. Bless you, bless all 🌞💖

@@channeltelos Thank You, I have had a similar one. When the body sat to meditate suddenly ‘IAM’ got out of the body and I was looking at the body meditating. Not only that same like you there were no thoughts only a sense I exist or IAM. And that moment I was the presence itself lots like just being there looking at everything without judgement. And ‘IAM’ snapped back into the body.

Practically speaking, is there a way to look at things that could evoke the recognition of enlightenment. Presumably one would start by becoming quiet, then what?

That is a good question! I haven’t taught about it as much as I should. Something to “trick the mind (ego) to jump offline. A mantra while looking in the lines of “ I am not my body, not even my mind, I am this”. Try to feel it too. That’s the best I can think of right now.

Enlightenment doesn't "strike". There's a process of becoming more and more enlightened, if you practice the correct teaching.

You are mixing up enlightenment and increasing in consciousness. Enlightenment DO stirke, Enlightenment happen, No One can get enlightened. Or you can call it awakening and then someone is enlightened due to the awakening experience. As you see words are just words and not the reality but sir be sure that nothing is to attain and the divine or oneness strike as an experience.

you can prepare the mind for enlightment which does take work, don't let anyone tell you its easy. But just because you prepared doesn't mean it will happen. If it happens its by grace alone- god's will alone.

You should have stopped at “everything was exactly as it was before, nothing changed”. But no, you had to go on and add tha carrot to the stick. What this means is you experienced nothing and needed a story. Every non-dual merchant adds the oneness part. Many add some form of Kundalini for effect. Good try but true realization, not awakening and certainly not enlightenment is an ordinary as rain. And life afterwards is like already being dead. Friends, family, society, interests, everything seem light years away. Nothing happens. Real peace is pure peace. Nothing….ever….happens. Sitting in silence, gazing off into the distance. Ask Ramana Maharshi. There is your model of realization. Congratulations.

As described in the video, an enlightenment glimpse is the most ordinary thing ever; the surprise lies in the recognition of no self and the simplicity of the situation. The video is only an expression springing from my egoic mind, trying to put the happening into words. Life goes on as usual, but now the ego-self is seen as a mask and is not taken so seriously anymore.
