The problem isn't only with bootcamps, universities, high schools and etc. Because I live in Poland, i'll tell you current market in web design in my native country. Many agencies, "web developers" don't know shit about web design, they show their work based on 2014-16. Nothing is new, 70% is Wordpress and Elementor which is even worse. And also, this video is great showing what people really knows nowadays. So sad actually
