How about a self-preacher curl, like using one arm underneath the other to do curls? Would they stimulate similar to a preacher curl, for those with limited equipment?

I wouldn’t choose them as a primary option, but they’re a great choice if you want to blend biceps and back training.

Hey Ben, can you make a video for Mid Back just like you made oke for Lats (PS I don’t know how to train spinal erectors, my lower back pain doesn’t allow me to deadlift so that particular muscle group in my back is lagging behind)

Back hyperextensions (ankles fixed and trunk up & down) and reverse hyperextensions (trunk fixed by arms and legs up & down) are great, my favorite life quality exs, though not the first ones I do when back day

Some of the preacher curl injuries have scared me. Is there not much risk to pushing a dumbbell preacher curl to failure? How to minimize that risk?

Dont do Preacher Curls with low reps and heavy weight, do it 12-20 Range with moderate Weight. And u can also not stretch it to the point to be flat, thats it.

I have seen people claim that the biceps dont benefit from stretch media hypertrophy and triceps aswell what is your opinion on this?

given that I believe it’s appropriate to train all muscles through their full lengths, I think it’s an irrelevant consideration in the grand scheme (and that goes for all muscles)
