Great video topic man! My 2020 Parliament has found its way into friends glasses this week, truly a perfect Christmas dram. No longer overaged and now overpriced it seems destined forn Christmas past like you said. Tamdhu 18 and Octomore are both great Christmas pours even if a tad overpriced. But the holidays are for sharing the best and indulging in something special. Also you were the first person I ever heard recommend Edradour 10 Unchillfiltred. I'm on my 3rd bottle. Great stuff. Cheers and Merry Christmas man 🥃🎄

I've opened a few new and special bottles especially for Christmas. My Springbank 13yo Fresh Sherry cage bottle picked up at the distillery back in September. AnCnoc 24yo, and an old Imperial 19yo from The Ultimate I've had for awhile. Tomorrow I will likely opened the Thompson Bros. 1986 38yo Blended Scotch. As you say, special top shelf bottles, reaching for those cornerstone pours for the holidays! Merry Christmas dude! 🎅

Merry Christmas, Jeremy. This Christmas, I am enjoying a Single Cask Nation Glen Grant 20 first fill bourbon 58.9%. For Sherry, I am finishing a Tomatin PX distillery hand fill I got in 2022. It's 20 years old, 53.5%, and costs less than Glengoyne teapot, which is a NAS, and they do say it is young casks, so if you have someone going to Scotland it's one to ask them to bring back for you. Cheers

Highland Park 25yo had that effect on me too but I can't pull the trigger on their prices these days. I have one sample left for the future. Still get the Talisker 18yo, HP18, and like the occasional Glengoyne 21yo. Other than that, daily drinkers stay mostly on Islay or something from Glenallachie.
