Carnivore is the best diet. I've done Mediterranean, dash, vegetarian, every suggestion my doctors office could come up with. The only thing that has gotten my weight and hypertension under control has been carnivore. Psoriasis, gerd and arthritis also resolved. I even have grey hairs that now have black roots coming through. I feel better and have less body fat at 45 than i did at 25.

That's great that you're getting healthier and learning your own body! I assume you're strength training and walking most days too, with good sleep hygiene for quality 7-8 hours?

Some of us get inflamed after making meat our main source 😏 have to be careful you don’t become dogmatic. I also, have flare ups of scalp psoriasis if I eat too much meat. It’s just different for everybody. Gotta be careful when spreading dietary advice. Yes, the science behind carnivore is amazing but it’s just not true for a lifetime. It’s just not 🤷🏼‍♀️ should it be incorporated at times? Yes. It’s a tool for better health for sure!

For me, I feel best with strict carnivore. Adding fruits and veggies makes me hungry, can’t fast as long, have less energy, more cravings for sweet things, and worse digestion. I balance the acid load by consuming plenty of desiccated bone and marrow. I get my vitamin D and k2 from a supplement and cod liver oil.

I personally don’t eat fruit but I respectfully loved this new Dr that I just discovered recently. I have been doing ketogenic lifestyle for 9 years now and I actually leasing to my favorite Keto person Stephanie the business person the queen 🫅🏼 of ketogenic diet and Carnivore diet. I’m respectfully like his approach🙏 I know he is very intelligent and knowledgeable. People should leasing to their body’s. I do Ketogenic bcz of the Black Mold Exposure Syndrome I have experienced for many years. I can’t digest vegetables I only enjoy an avocado a day.😉

Howdy...I've spent most of my adult life (20+ years) chasing leafy greens, fruits, and vegetables. I've been reevaluating my diet over the last two years, but I still fall back into thinking that grabbing a salad is the best thing for my health. Should greens, fruits, and veggies (aside from the ones mentioned in this video) be avoided? Thanks!

Dr James, You mention drinking 2-4 oz of freshly squeezed orange juice. Is there an advantage to drinking the juice over eating an orange?

Please remember that many of your viewers are on keto or carnivore because it's the only relief we get from serious health issues such as auto immune diseases, severe inflamation and arthritis, epilepsy, or even to ward off dementia. So even though you are moving away from this kind of diet please don't forget the rest of us. We still need your knowledge to help us understand how to do this the right way.

Are you concerned about the studies associating dairy intake with Parkinson's disease? Although association does not prove causation, there are also a couple Mendelian randomization studies showing the same association.

Youre only eating healthy if you eat red meat. Balancing with other food makes it difficult because the sugars in it are keeping you addicted too sugars. Look Dr Chaffee channel and Dr Cywes.😊

@@georgemoonman2830I’m respectfully disagree with you. Some people in Carnivore diets are suffering of Iron overload due to much protein. Usually regular Drs don’t text for your microbiome. You would do some test with a Natural homeopathic medicine practitioner and those test are very costly.

You get a good source of good probiotics fiber from green leafy vegetables like asparagus, broccoli. Also eating real food. Consuming a high fat diet, low car, or depending or you owe personal health. Eliminating sugar and other unhealthy foods that can cause damage to your microbiome. Processed foods, alcohol, smoking and some environmental factors can trigger your immune system🙏
