If you're only being paid for the evaluation (9 hrs) and it takes you 10 hrs (hour of not being paid) how do you get paid for overtime? Sorry for dumb question. Thanks for your video.
@ShebaCurls20 сағат бұрын
@@bridgett_rose If you work more than 40 hours in a week across all routes and duties combined, you are eligible for FLSA overtime pay (time-and-a-half your hourly rate). Example: If you work a route evaluated at 8 hours for 6 days (48 hours total), you would receive 8 hours of overtime pay.

I have my orientation to be a ARC in a few weeks and I was told by my PM that Sundays and holidays are guaranteed with the opportunity to work other days. So I don't think it is a seasonal position everything else you said seems correct though.

@@qarecordsdjtechniq3232 if your looking for more hours and more money choose Cca but if you looking to work less hours and have the opportunity to travel around for more on your own terms I would chose rca ! I wish you good luck on your journey ! Welcome postal gang 🙏🏽💕☺️

As RCA. Your location will make or break you. I was lucky enough to get a good location, Cool co workers and cool supervisors as well. I average 55-60 hrs a week.

Ahh ok. So I guess I’ll just have to try it out and see how much work I get. I don’t need a lot of work but the closer I can get to 40 hours the better. I got an RCA position, starting orientation on Nov 30th near Denver so it can’t be too Rural

Yesterday was my second time running packages on a Sunday I did horrible 😂😂I’m not sure is it bc I’m not from that city so I’m not familiar with the area or what! I was the last person to the office😂😂😂

It just takes time to gain momentum lol 😂 once you get familiar with the area you’ll get faster . Once you get it down you’ll be delivering about 15- 20 stops per hour which is the normal speed .
