What’s the best Restaurant to get a grilled cheese? Keep it simple!

To me, a grilled cheese sandwich just feels like something you’ve got to have at home. I’ve never had the interest at a restaurant. If I’m going out to eat, I want to get something I can’t make easily at home.

Its a fine sandwich with a bunch of meat. Just not a grilled cheese anymore. It’s definitely up there for the most highly dependent on how you you like yours grilled cheese, Imo grilled cheese preference has to be based on what you prefer, at an irl irl party Id expect others to have their own preferences and they definitely impact gc enjoyment to a ridiculous level

If you add anything to a grilled cheese, other than cheese, then it’s no longer a grilled cheese. It’s a melt or a panini or it’s just a sandwich. It can still be good but it’s not a grilled cheese.

My dads restaurant as a kid had the hardest grilled cheeses and grilled pb+j’s. Everything else sucked ass. Love you dad but simple is best.
