@@msato8650 having said that I just bought the RhinoShield SolidSuit and RhinoShield 3D screen protector for 11 Pro Max after watching Aaron’s recommendation, the case is brilliant but the 3D screen protector kept on peeling off! I complained to RhinoShield who asked me to take pictures of the peeling off to them, I threw it away after a few days. Now looking for new screen protector, might get the Flolab from this video. Nothing to do with Aaron’s recommendation on RhinoShield, it’s the quality control from RhinoShield.

I can't believe you recommended this screen protector. I ordered it, waited a month, just applied it and the bottom corners refuse to stick. bubbles on both corners that wont go away. The Zagg I had on this was flawless. Just a heads up on people who are thinking about getting this. To me, it's subpar even compared to a Zagg.

Because of all the COMPLETELY positive reviews on this channel I had decided the Flolabs was the ONLY safe bet for my new iPhone XS Max since I am badly disabled and unable to safely hold onto my BIG new phone. Due to the major damage to my nervous system and now SIX neck & spine fusions (some redone TWICE!) I have a problem with sporadic issues where either of my arms will sort of "fling" inward or outwards now and if a phone is in that hand, God help my poor phone! But ALL I read ANYWHERE about FloLabs screen protectors is how they flake out and literally ABANDON customers who have even paid but never get the product, or if they do it does NOT come with any promised Frame fr easy install etc etc etc. It just goes on & on with them. PLUS they have NO phone, only email and are in Hong Kong (China folks...) so good luck if you have ANY need to get support from them which over 50 percent of customers DO have a problem with. Just ruined any plan I had to do business with them. Problem is, I imagine Aaron Ho only has time to do these reviews and NOT investigate the personal experience of we customers who actually have to do the actual business with them and also get after sale support from them. The most glaring issue for me with this FloLabs outfit is the irony that just SCREAMS RUN to me is they are always "right there" for you pre-purchase. You order, do NOT see your purchase in the mail and they are suddenly NOWHERE to be found and leave you on your own.... Sorry but I spent the entire day yesterday reading ALL the comments in their videos and I stopped my order cold. I now have NO idea where to turn. Possibly, for myself and my unique situation may just give up and order the Hybrid Mous new HYBRID GLASS SCREEN PROTECTOR? But then I will have to worry about all the scratches so???? What a Hassle this has become. Beginning to miss my old El-Cheapo phones with NO worries. Wish no one had got me this phone I simply can NOT afford with all of my medical bills. I love your video reviews, wish I could be as thrilled with the product itself. On your recommendation, I ordered the Flolab screen protector on 4/26/20 - it is now 5/11/20 (2 weeks later) and according to USPS website they can't even confirm that the product has left point of origin. I've emailed the company twice to get an update and as of right now I haven't heard back from them. It would be nice if their product support team was as responsive as their billing department. I would have to say that a product that never arrives does far less to protect my screen than any of the other products out there.

I’m just blown away. I’ve requested a full refund and am in search for a new screen protector.....please make another one of these videos that’s more updated or maybe just speak to the flolabs case because I’m saddened and angered by this

Isn't it impossible for glass or even the coating to have a hardness rating of more than 5H? Zack on JerryRigEverything taught us that, I think. "Glass scratches at a level 6 with deeper grooves at a level 7..." With that said, this was an amazingly helpful video and something I will definitely keep in mind in the future. The only thing is, a lot of crap screen protectors are intentionally overpriced on Amazon, so choosing which ones to buy may be tricky. Generally, I've found iCarez to always be of high quality and a fair price, so I've been sticking with that brand for the last few years.

The coating gets scratched, if you remove the coating, the scratches disappear but it only works with hairline scratches.

This is a quality product. It is the best screen protector I have ever owned and it was the easiest to install. I would highly recommend this especially if you are looking to avoid the issue of catching your thumb on the edge of a conventional screen protector which is what happened when I installed my original one on my iPhone XR.

I like Zagg because they have life time replacement. I cracked my screen protector three times since I had my iPhone 8, $5 to ship a new ones. My phone is protected and I don’t have to fork out $25 (FloLab) a pop every time my screen protector breaks. When FloLab warranties their screen protectors for the life of the phone I’ll switch, the protection seems comparable. However Zagg is cheaper in the long run if you drop your phone a lot like me.

They responded to me late August after I had emailed them to let them know I never received it and they told me they were out of stock and offered to either refund me or ship me one when they were back in stock. Phenomenal reviews. Kind of confused on what to get given your reviews of the Mous Hybrid and the Flolab Nano Armor. I am looking to get a Mous Clarity case and am not sure which would work better. Also with the Flolab they have the "case friendly" version vs. the full coverage in the 3D screen protectors but one has the notch at the top on the case friendly and I thought that would expose it more to getting damaged on a drop. @Scott Wolf Totally there with you my friend. I am using a Zagg visionguard+ right now, and I'm loving it. I had to try What Flolab had to offer though. Flo lab is nearly half the price of Zagg's out right purchase price. I purchased two of Flolabs 3D full coverage screen protectors. One has the notch cutout like Zagg does. The other is completely full coverage. Covers the face ID and Camera. Lol. I don't reccomend ever buying the later of the two lol. Covering the camera is a major downside to it. After seeing this review, I went and ordered a screen protector on 7/21/19 from FloLab. I received the standard, "We have received your order," email. Since then I have had no communication from the company about my order. I paid for Express shipping as well. According to their website, I should have received the order on Monday or Tuesday (5-7 business days later). Mind you, I still haven't received the, "Your item has shipped," email. I went to their website and tried to leave a message through their "Contact Us" link on Monday, and haven't received a reply to that either. I am pretty pissed at this point. I would NOT recommend you order from this company.

Randall Ito this screen protector is not that great. Mine had bubbles on the edges. Don’t know why this guy says its the best , it’s not.

I have always trusted your reviews but i have had a terrible experience with flolabs, my screen protector already broke and has superficial scratches all over it!! I haven’t dropped it once yet!!! And also I don’t put change or keys or anything. In the same pocket as the phone, idk if they changed their products since this Video but I’ve had issues with two out of three screen protectors I have bought for my families devices this month...in top of it I had to wait nearly a full month for the shipping to come.... it was in “waiting to be delivered to usps” for two weeks or more. I’m just blown away. I’ve requested a full refund and am in search for a new screen protector.....please make another one of these videos that’s more updated or maybe just speak to the flolabs case because I’m saddened and angered by this
