Honestly really like this build. Played it at local tournament a few weeks ago and it felt very good. If i didn't have arven, I had call bell and was consistently getting fully set up turn 2 allowing for more room for counterplay around the faster decks. Also the reactions I got when I played a call bell was priceless.

Discarding a charm is wild. Your best attacking without question is Drifloon. 2:1 prize trade off most of the time (exception of spread damage) and if you have a munki you’re OHKOing 330HP Mon. No shot I’d play Gardy with less than 2 charms.

I mostly agree but charm plays feel sketchy now with the ammount of jamming towers I've been seeing.

Drifloon is not your best attacker. Your best attacker is what works in the context of the board state. I think you should consider Double Munki combo with Gardevoir's main attack as your "main attacker", and all the rest are just tools that you use to play around your opponent.

@@DKong1026 rightfully so. I just don’t find Gardy nearly as big of a threat without charming scream tail and Drifloon. I’ve never won a regional so my opinion is just my opinion. Doesn’t hold any weight lol.

@@TownsendGym very fair statement for sure. But you’re still not one-shotting big ex doing 250 (assuming double munki). If you’re not pulling off the OHKOs, I don’t see things going well very often; especially with the increased popularity of turo

I feel like this build of garde was a lot better before everyone wanted to choose second to itchy pollen, since call bell is a dead card if you go first.

Answer: whatever Henry's list is lmao. IMO I don't like call bell + Trolley in Gardy. I'm still playing Unfair Stamp, seems good especially into Budew and Munkidori sometimes.

I think Henry's brain just works differently. I have struggled with the secret box build. But since I have been playing the trolley build, I have been on a pretty crazy win streak. I guess it just comes down to your style of play.

@@TownsendGym I feel that, I played a little bit with Secret Box and still didn't like it as much as unfair stamp. IMO trying to rely on box or trolley to set up is a bit sketchy with budew running around too.

@@cag_0k642 it's really not, you're just trading 1 for 1 in the Pult matchup except you're gonna be killing a drakloak while they're stuck just koing your cress

@@fumihiro8564 killing a cloak is nice if it aligns that way but late game that may not matter as much and the damage counters have to align that way in the first place which can get tricky. I don’t think it’s a bad option tho. I’ve just been bailed out too many times with moonlit
