What's the deal with POLLS in Discord?

Discord has just released a brand new update on their platform, which are POLLS! You can now quiz your friends and ask them things they probably don't want to answer... whoops. While this feature seems pretty simple at first, there are some problems with it that you should know about.

That was the biggest issue I had with the polls too. Wonderful idea and great design, but the fact that *anyone* can do it is irritating. Even for reaction type polls, you can turn off adding reactions to messages in certain (or all) channels, leaving it so that no one can add more reactions and clog it up. I hope discord uses its last braincell and fixes it.

@@Im557 There's nothing wrong with reaction-type polls. I gave the example of those polls because you can stop other people from adding new/irrelevant reactions, unlike these 'official' polls which *everyone* can create.

Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone.
