What's the deal with Terrazza Carnevale on the Carnival Venezia?

In this episode of Lauren of All Trades... Lauren checks out the Terrazza Carnevale on the Carnival Venezia!
Terrazza Carnevale is similiar to the Havana outdoor area on other ships. Staying in a Terrazza category cabin gets the following benefits:
• Morning access to the Carnevale Lounge for a daily continental breakfast
• Specially-curated brunch on select sea days, with a complimentary Spritz or Mimosa
• Sailaway event at Terrazza Carnevale, featuring live music
• Comfy Terrazza-branded robes and towels for your use

Yes, Terrazza is open to everyone after 7pm and they often have Karaoke and other evening events for all back here. It's nothing like Havana on the Vista Class ships. There's no pool and no showers and nowhere to cool off. There's only hot tubs. ☹However, they try to make up for that by offering a daily continental breakfast for Terrazza guests and once per cruise (on the longer cruises anyway), each Terrazza occupant gets to go to a private sit down brunch. 💁‍♀

Just wanted to add - The 20 Ocean suites on the ship also have access to this area. 😘 And currently, after 7pm this area is open for all guests.

Trying decide if I should upgrade to this area. We have 2 balcony rooms booked. Wondering about the noise level for sleeping

If you're considering the deck 5 Terrazza cabins, I know that at least the ones closer to the back are nice and quiet. I stayed in the equivalent of # 5240 on Horizon and didn't. have any noise issues - and I'm sensitive to noise, so I'd notice!. The ones farther forward could possibly hear the night club through the floor. This was true for 5217 (and interior) on Horizon. The deck 6-9 cabins should also be pretty quiet, although I wouldn't go for deck 9 because it's below a pool deck.

I didn’t notice that to be the case when I was on board. I know that’s not the case for Havana on any ship (but used to be years ago). I assumed the access would be the same as on the ships with Havana.

It is. Hopefully, that will change in the future to be exclusive, the same as Havana.
