How do you determine the front view if there's no arrow on the blueprint?

Hi Kevin, great question. If it is a Paper 1 - All drawings given in First Angle Orthographic Projection, the Front View will be on the Left. If it is Paper 2 - All drawings given in Third Angle Orthographic Projection the Front view will be on the Right...

Third Angle Projection is commonly used when doing Mechanical drawings, Assembly Drawings and Isometric Drawings... In South Africa, all Questions from Paper one is provided in First Angle Orthographic Projection, and all drawings in Paper 2 provided in Third Angle Orthographic Projection... Trust that helps.
