How about using the word "dama" instead of "señora" or "señorita?"

At least in Spain it is very rare to hear that word referring to a lady, in a normal situation it would sound awkward.

oh no you can't call "mamacita" to people you don't know hahah in Spain we don't say that, but I think you usually say that to the woman you like, it's like calling her "sexy" or "pretty" (even though the word literally means "mommy")
