Can you also compare them to F-One Rocket Mid Length Foilboard 78L ? I have winged the F-One and the KT but not the Armstrong.

Cool. We are working on a midlength overview. We feel that the Armstrong is the most performance oriented and best suited for prone and winging cross over. The F-one is the most stable per volume and amazing. The Super K fits right in the middle. What did you think about the differences with the Super K and Fone and what volumes did you test?

@@REALmattnuzzo I tried the 80L KT and 78L f-one. Similar great performance. Both take off easy, turn, etc. The KT is a bit wobbly (taking off) in low wind and wind slop. F-one has the handle in the wrong spot. I'm going to try the 65L Armstrong.

Thanks for posting very informative video on the merits of these boards. The lower step on the Ginxu 80L looks significantly more spacious than the earlier gen Ginxu. Would FoilDrive Assist Max battery fit, using Axis foil ~ center of the track (12-15cm)? Thanks Matt!🌊🏄♂️😎

Yeah step is a fraction of the size but it does get in the way of the battery cover. Sport battery maybe but not the max.

Great review!!!! Thanks!!! Could you do one about Ginxu 2 and Armstrong FG? I'm on dude about these two boards 70-72 liters.

No question Armstrong FG. The FG is more stable for aft. I think that the Drifter 4 is a better comparison to the FG. The Ginxu has the lower volume tail which makes starts kind of strange. The Carbon Inegra construction with dual carbon stringers on the FG have such a positive feel with lots of control.

Love the review and info! Just curious what your experience with Foil Drive on the Armstrong midlength is. There's been so much chatter about the new Foil Drive losing connection due to the carbon tracks -- does it work well if the board isn't totally sunk under water? Having to use the antenna seems not ideal. Thanks!!!

We have a review up with the midlength 55L about downwinding with foil drive. At 170 pounds I have had no issues with the 55L. Foil Drive has been improving the connection on their units through the year so the more recent ones haven’t had any connection issues. The board works killer for foil drive especially in the bigger sizes.
