Beware some scammers have all the paperwork and id. They may say they can't take you through for inspection due to consideration of present tenants just having a baby.

Person who identifies scam, another doesn't look at it being a scam. People should not judge. Genuine people in Toronto don't judge! It's sad how tenants harass landlords! I just want to give landlord a hug. It makes me sad! It doesn't have to be unfair!

This is not new. A friend of mine got scam like this 11 years ago, paid the money first and last, got the key that apparently didnt work when he moved in so many others. they couldn't find the suspect who did it.
