So basically an AppSec engineer needs to have a security background, needs to constantly keep that background up to date, understand corporate dynamics, how to keep devs happy while respectfully reminding them to fix their... stuff... and a super high EQ to boot, plus a zillion other things. I was respectfully double-taking while watching this vid... you obviously are quite skilled. Great vid, thanks for the edu, insight!!
