4. Throw the gameplay in the editing software and then begin typing up the captions, cutting/trimming the voice acting, adding SFX, color correction, removing/adding clips, etc.
5. Final review of the video, if video is not up to the quality desired for this channel. Either go back into the editing software, re-record some lines, change opinions/commentaries.

Not me but my dad, the two worst things I can recall that he told me happened were: Someone put his hand into a machine that rolls up newspapers and let's just say his hand was rolled up as well. A huge machine that was brought in with a crane or something (can't really remember doesn't mater anyway) fell on someone's legs nearby and flattened them almost cartoonishly, you could see bits of broken bone and leg meat all mixed up in those flattened legs, the guy in charge of making sure these kinds of things were safe (i.e. keep everyone at a safe distance etc) was fired shortly after.

I was at a different facility but someone at my place of employment got fish hooked by a crane, broke his jaw in two, ripped his face open, he lost an eye and nearly died. That was a horrible mess to clean up. He later punched his own ticket after his mother had been stealing his disability checks. It was just a horrible situation.

Sunday night, midnight, right before a big client meeting at 9AM, whole team is in the office doing last moment stuff. Lead dev can't get his PC to start. He's got the only copy of the code or data or whatever they have to have for this meeting. Yeah lax backup policies. So everybody piles into the Manager's office trying to figure out a solution. The PC will not boot. Boot disc not found. Yes I know you all know the first thing to check for and you'd be right. But this room full of highly educated professionals did not. What they DID know was that our IT support guy would take a week to even look at it and it was barely 8 hours before the client meeting. The brain trust decides they need hard drive recovery software, but nobody wants to pay for it. So they figure they will just grab a pirate copy and nobody will ever know. So the LADY manager opens up her browser, visible on like four screens around the room so everybody can see, and goes to a warez site. Immediately a porn pop-up storm of epic proportions hit every screen. There was more pink than the Barbie aisle at Walmart. Sound. Animated gifs. All of it. Besides the lady manager, there were five other women in the room and about five men. Nobody said a word. This manager was known for no nonsense heavy anti-porn crusades and would have fired any of us for this. But she did it herself. With witnesses! All she said was 'Well that's not the right site.' and went to another one. They never did find the software they wanted to steal. But the guy with the broken PC did eventually take the floppy disc out of his computer and like a miracle it worked fine again and the client project was saved.

Being wheelchair bound myself, he didn't hesitate to climb on an office chair and reach for it with both hands. I worked at a large company that had a call center in a small town where everyone knows everyone's business. The office slut was very well known, she was a single mother and most weekends she would drop her kids off at her parents house and take the family van to town to hook up with a random man in the van. Thats the type of person she was. A young VP visited and she threw herself at him. He was married. I have 2 both from the same place to, so worked for a sister company of wally mart, it rhymes with bams, one day i was moving a pallet out from the bay and saw a pair of womans used underwear 2 things i can assume, 1 someone was getting it on behind the steal which yes there was enough room and privacy couldve happened, or someone swapped used underwear for new ones they stole also possible. Putting it in the kitchen? A client of ours built wooden furnishings for shops. They had a computer in the hall where they actually built the stuff. The computer had a floppy with the software they ran. I opened the floppy ... and very carefully closed it again. Everything was covered in sawdust. Even the floppy. I don't want to know how long these floppies survived in those conditions.
