Link, try pomegranate juice for your cholesterol. I can’t take statins because I get myalgia so I started drinking a couple of swigs in the morning and a couple at night. In sixth months, without changing anything, my total cholesterol went down 80 points. Pomegranate juice is full of antioxidants so it couldn’t hurt to try it a few months before your next blood work.
