I am 76 today. How tragic that the Reagan tax policies resulted in 50 years of quasi criminal neglect of our infrastructure. Many of these projects should have been completed in the 60's and 70's. And we never should have destroyed our passenger rail network.

This could be lack of servicing and neglect of necessary care! It needs serious attention now before an accident happens. Especially now that it does not close properly when opened. That is why a stitch in time saves Nine! The nuts are all rusted!
