No solar panels? I guess that would ruin the aesthetics of the roof...

Yeah there are solar panels integrated into the roof panels but apparently they think they will only generate 5% of the required energy to run the place

People don’t deserve cities like these. Seems as if most people could give less of a crap about innovation, it’s honestly baffling… To reiterate for those who refuse to be lenient about great projects like these, “most people are too stupid to see past their own human characteristics that they don’t care at all about the abstract collective, which has nothing to do with people at all.”
@DanielCapers-bp6fi16 күн бұрын
smh... That country and their futile atempt at that park is a joke. That country cant even keep their streets clean, paved and even, finish a project, build functioning traffic infrastructure, or follow basic human rights laws. Much like Neom and the Jeddah tower, this will NEVER look as advertised.. not even close. Go to KSA and you will understand within the first 5 min why I say this.

Arab LeaderShip, Too much Money,...not enough Brain Cells. They started the Jeddah Towers,...Then stopped building it . They started THE LINE,...Then Reduced it by 70%. This Amazing Park is going to open in 2024,...6 Months to go,...then the Bubble of BullCrap will pop.

Only if it wasn’t for height restrictions in Chicago younger days when they started building up or it would be more tall buildings. But Chicago’s future is bright and never stops building so more tall structures to come. Chicago still isn’t no pushover though.

All Aboard the Tren Maya - Mexico's Newest Trainline! The Tren Maya, set to become a transformative infrastructure project for southeastern Mexico, promises to connect the stunning landscapes and cultural heritage of the Yucatán Peninsula. This ambitious rail network will span approximately 1,525 kilometers, linking major cities, archaeological sites, and pristine beaches across five states: Chiapas, Tabasco, Campeche, Yucatán, and Quintana Roo. Designed to boost tourism and economic development, the Tren Maya aims to provide both passenger and freight services, offering a sustainable and efficient mode of transportation. As it weaves through dense jungles, ancient Mayan ruins, and bustling urban centers, the Tren Maya is poised to become a symbol of progress and cultural integration, enhancing connectivity while preserving the rich history and natural beauty of the region. Great video, DesignZip!

It's a 30 year project. Only 28,000 built with 70% sold as of August 2023. Now more planning to get 0.6 million Expats in MM2H to invest in business in ASEAN. It competes with Danga Bay, Singapore CBD 1 extension, KL city CBD, Bandar Malaysia & CBD extension. Now it is a SANCTUARY CITY as well. With Tanjung Pelepas, Pengerang, RTS & LRT ; it takes time for all the pieces in the present $100 billion invested so far. This competes with the $1.0 trillion in Klang valley, Kinta Valley, Penang Silicon Island, another $100 billion in data centre, PV electricity, and now AI GPU design bureau led by ARM-SOFTBANK investments. Then the competitive Singapore Extension CBD & Jurong East second CBD is worth S$240 billion. 😂

Y aunque hubiera habido tala de árboles en algunas partes del recorrido las decenas de miles de de árboles que se plantaron exceden los que se talaron adentro el beneficio neto del tren ya es significativo y el futuro de la región es brillante y esperandor!!!

All Japanese citizens are angry about this. The construction fee is rising, they told us that they going to make the ring in a Japanese traditional way, but they are constructing in a modern way, the construction is way too slow, and more. But, I know this will make a large economic effect, and there’s lots of advantages by this , but most of the people call this a failure.
