I love how excited Maddie was when Chloe went on stage for her solo and when she came off stage after she forgot Maddie hugged and comforted her. Their friendship is amazing. I wish Abby never ruined that with what she calls 'friendly competition'. Its not friendly if it's weekly, and she only celebrates one of them. It makes me so sad when she tears Chloe down.

@@gwenytt Chloe had a condition called silent sinus syndrome which made one of her eyes look smaller than the other. It was something she was very insecure about because a lot of people would say mean things, such as saying that she had a "lazy" eye and that she was ugly. Abby made fun of her eye without knowing or caring what was really going on, and that was the last straw for Christi and Chloe so they decided to leave. But they didn't show this scene on Dance Moms, and instead cut and pasted audio from a different episode of Abby saying Cathy was washed-up, and making it look like she said that about Chloe. Sorry for the long explanation lol

Abby is a good career manager, she knows the industry really well and can get kids where they want to be. She isn’t the best at teaching dance though. As for the emotional abuse I don’t think that was her. She’s a strict teacher, but her actions on the show were caused by the producers. She was constantly being told to be mean & be rude, while under immense pressure.

Please please please, don't make a point based off the TV show which is filled with editing, the girls were made to look like they hated each other but that really was not the case.

She signed a contract, and she was also mislead into what the show was. She’s always been a strict teacher, but she was under so much pressure to be this evil dance teacher. She was told to say things, she was forced to do things, and clips were edited to make her look bad. She had the most to loose, that studio was her life’s work, if she disobeyed the producers they’d ruin her business. She said cruel things, but we don’t know how much of it was forced, or because of the terrible head space she was in.

Yeah she’s a good choreographer but her teaching skills are awful making kids cry and have anxiety attacks about dance is not good at all. Arguably some of the dances on the show were not appropriate at all for these young girls such as the last text it’s an amazing piece but most of the girls were between 7-11 I mean this kind of topic is definitely traumatising for young girls Christie said that Chloe couldn’t sleep alone after this dance

Paige was a really beautiful dancer and she was so young. To go out on stage as a group nevermind a solo is amazing especially since they had a limited amount of time to learn each dance. The kids were under a lot of stress and I admire Kelly for getting out of an unhealthy environment. Xx

I do kind of feel like Kira had a point. She had been saying since the beginning of that week that this was going to be Kalani's home town and a lot of people were there to see her. I agree they should not be dancing teen, but they could have taken out Nia or just danced teen this one time. It seems a bit unfair to kick someone out the day of because you can't read competition rules.

Kalani had a solo, so she still had a chance to dance on stage. If nia was kicked out the dance she wouldn’t have been able to dance at all that week. That wouldn’t have gone down well she they’d have been accused of racism.

Abby loves to use "you need to grow up" against them, but these girls were usually very emotionally intelligent for their age. They rarely threw a tantrum and instead would explain what they were feeling, albeit through tears. Still, tears or not, she had no grounds to invalidate them like that all the time.
