I wish LV would create a design team of your average consumers. Let us give input on what we like and don’t. I would prefer this bag in the regular mono, not giant. But I agree that the leather OTG is a better option. The strap is not practical in this bag. Thank you for your review! I enjoy your channel.

Just received my OTG pm for Mother’s Day 2024 … I changed out the strap for everyday use with my Métis hobo strap … looks cute and i don’t have to worry about getting it dirty

I still want the GM size.. That'll be my next purchase! It's interesting how long the "jacquard strap" has stayed in style and how many bags LV has released with it. I have to respectfully disagree. I have the multipochette, papillon bb, speedy 20 and petite malle souple. They all have the jacquard strap and I def feel you don't have to be a specific age to wear it ..I mean, I understand it not being the best for older people, but I'm in my 30's and adore those bags. I feel it you dress too matronly; Well, that's never been my style.. Hehe. I also get many compliments on them 🙈 I really feel LV isn't only thinking of people in their 20's when designing these bags.. But I agree about liking classic straps more! I do wonder if the jacquard strap may become a classic because of the multipochette .. That was released in 2019 and has gone up in price astronomically since its release.. And again, lv has released quite a few bags with this strap (including many multipochette versions in limited collections). I'm gonna pass on this bag because I feel too tall for the design. The onthego pm bag has a certain "look'.. The bag is quite boxy. I know the jacquard strap (adjustable) looks good with other small bags.. But I can't imagine that bag high up on my body 🙈 I really like the mm size but I feel the straps are just too short. The GM is so cute for travel 😍 I recently got the new Ellipse PM and side trunk.. They're BEAUTIFUL 😍 but the petite malle souple is my fav 🥰♥️♥️♥️

@@MerfyG Sadly not , I ‘m in Australia in middle of no where, 8+ hours drive to a store so I have no sa. Customer service wasn’t interested - said I can pay nearly $400 to get it fixed and they’d prefer I took it to a store. The rest of the bag is pristine, I don’t abuse my things.😢I’ve wrapped some cheap twillies around each handle to cover them up. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I just visited Paris and got mine there for $1100 less than if I’d bought it at home. Yay! It looks cuter on, including with the jacquard strap. Also, I think the jacquard strap style is not an age thing, it’s an image thing. I’m 41 and pull it off well because of my image and style. Like one other person said, if your style is more “matronly” or subdued, then yes, it’s not your style. I also will look to mix and match with other LV jacquard straps in a different color and the bandouliere strap. I love this bag though!

I have the OTG pm in the cream leather with the grey giant monogram and a regular leather strap. I love it! I wanted this bag until I saw the strap. It doesn’t go with this bag. This is a structured bag. It needs a leather or canvas strap like the pochette metis. I don’t like plain fabric straps in general. Also I agree It will always get dingy and dirty in no time. They tried to make this bag sporty, but it’s just not a sporty bag. I think the strap is a miss. I also think the price is absurd for a plain boxy all canvas bag.

What I would like to know is if it’s possible the Marshmallow will be released in a solid black empriente leather. They did one for the Kusama collection covered in white dots. And I’m hoping that it was created so that it can be released later as a solid black without the dots.

Really no idea. Marshmallow bag was released 2 years ago and so far no classic color came out. All seasonal.

It's not going away 🙈 or I should say it really looks like it just may become a classic for LV ... It's been around almost 4 years and LV keeps releasing bags with it..I do love it on the "petite malle souple".. But AGREED! I love the regular straps as well! ♥️♥️♥️

Hi! It really depends on what you need and your lifetyle. Most people go for classics like Neverfull and Speedy bags. Yet, i would suggest to go and find what speaks to you :)
