Love your spirit. I’m not a tech guy. I’m into business systems. I also run a charity here in the U.K. hoping to go start businesses and other ways to create development and employment for young people across Africa next year. That’s me in a nutshell. Will go through your channel to find out more about your but listening to a sister talking tech, python, django is like listening to a violin - it’s beautiful music to my ears. Don’t know why - I just feel so proud. 😀

@SunshineinMyCode
@SunshineinMyCode 4 жыл бұрын
Yeah that does happen, when you have too many microservices and your teams want to move fast it can be a problem but I would rather deal with that than a monolith that everyone is too scared to touch.
@derskeal4240
@derskeal4240 4 жыл бұрын
I think "too scared to touch" is a problem that can be solved by proper testing, and a good ide. 😊
@SunshineinMyCode
@SunshineinMyCode 4 жыл бұрын
@@derskeal4240 I wish it was that simple. Often enough it tends to be much more complicated than that. Not everything can be tested, some things are interlinked in ways that don't make much sense until you try to fix them and some random other thing breaks. Each project is different I guess

Hi. What is a stack? What is a framework?
@SunshineinMyCode
@SunshineinMyCode 4 жыл бұрын
Hello Koena So in programming there are languages, these are how we communicate with computers (like Setswana for Tswana people, in programming we have languages like python, java, delphi). What programmers have realised over the years is that we often use a language to the same thing over and over again? Like building an app, so write the stuff we do over and over again and box it into a package, then we combine those packages into something called a framework! This way we have all these little helpers, for example in friendships we have "inside jokes", when your friend says this one word, you know the full story. So think of that inside joke as a package, that one word has a background story so it says a lot. Then a large combination of packages is called a framework! A stack is all the different frameworks that are used to develop apps. We use multiple frameworks because some languages are good for making websites, others are good for making apps. Let me know if that was helpful
