This is a case of one biting the finger that fed him. These individuals were doing what the failed government failed to do. The government should start by thanking them for their kind gesture in the past and think of her they can work with them in the future to prevent a repeat of what happened in the past. Trying to punish them for their good gesture will discourage them from helping in all ramifications, which will cause more deaths.
