However, our politics in Nigeria is not yet at the level where a public/political appointee does his/her own initiative and he/she is protected by law. I am just watching this beautiful commitment by her Ex minister it gladden my heart but there are better ways of reaching out to people in more official manner I believe this is the most areas Nigerian administrations are getting it wrong. Introduce a commission with an office round the zones you wish to cover, educate the people on how to get registered with their regulated identity, give a specific date in a month where certain gifts in kind or in cash will be send directly to each account or a location where they can collect it. Please Nigerian's institution should improve on statistics and organisation. To avoid unnecessary deaths toll which took place not quite long ago in Oyo state.
