Great video, just curious what you do for a living, you seem very knowledgeable and versed in mechanics. If I were to bet I'd say some kind of engineer.

Thanks I'm just some guy. I work in IT. I have been fiddling with motorcycles and cars since 2006. My Cara/AZ-1 has driven me down the mad path of going way deeper than I ever have though.

For the plastic valve that broke, use an old flat head screwdriver. Heat the tip up enough to melt plastic. I think you know where I’m going man 😆 This little guy screams out MICRO CAMPERVAN!

It's kinda all brittle and dry though. Might be worth just buying a new one. The bolt still drips a little for some reason. I didn't want to crank it down because I was afraid of ripping the threads out of the radiator.

I'm afraid of torquing the bolt down too hard so the bolt drips once in a while too 😢 😆
