How they work, are they really safe, etc. I had my guage tested and thought I would do a video that is a little talk about pressure canners. Keep in mind that this video is either generic information or specific to my canner. You should always follow the instructions that come with your canner. Some procedures my vary depending on the manufacturer of your canner.
