There is a natural protective "bloom" on a freshly laid egg that seals it to keep it fresh. Once washed the bloom is gone and the egg will age quicker. The rule of thumb that I have learned is 21 days on the counter, then move to the fridge. Still dont wash them until cracking and sometimes I wash, sometimes I dont !

Excellent content today. As a long time member as well as a working outside the home woman, I’d love an updated list of DTS lunch recipes/grocery list from Pearl. I don’t have a Sprouts but do shop at Natural Grocers, TJ’s, Kroger, Aldi, Costco and buy most of the items you mentioned today. I am going to look for some crispy lettuce though! Thanks for such a practical video!

I am a senior with hearing issues, and even though I have hearing aids, I often have a hard time understanding what is being said. And even the close captioning doesn’t get it right cause I’m sure that’s not what these ladies and Danny said a lot of the time. Anyway thank you so much for these programs. We all learn a lot from them and are entertained as well.

Did you know if you don’t have a quarter you can use the head of a key like a house key. It’s similar to thickness and size of a quarter. It works. I tried. I was afraid it might get stuck so I used an a key that wasn’t made into a real key yet. 😂

I found crispy lettuce this week at Walmart, so I decided to try the noochy greens. I didn’t really like the first bite so I added a little salt. It’s my new favorite thing, it’s amazing!
