If you use a car to go to work its halal but if you use your car to hit people or go to a drug dealer its haram , context is important , for example the music of maher zain and sami yosef has led a lot of people to islam how can a thing that raises awareness of islam be haram? Another example is listening to music who leads you to haram stuff like seductive music or club music who people use to drink and get girls in this situation it is haram.

If you use a car to go to work its halal you can't prove that. Maybe if your muhammed had a car and a job he would have declared it halal, but instead he was a warlord killing whole tribes and forcing tribes leaders to marry him, so in islam THAT is halal. Because after beheading 700 descendants of Moses brother, muhammed forced the women to accept islam. That is the only "context" that matters for a sect like islam: whatever makes islam stronger is good and whatever makes islam weaker is bad. So rape is not bad in islam, killing, invading, waging war, terror and lies, in the context of islam all this can not be haram because to the perfect example muhammed these are all effective methods top spread islam so it's halal.

I m a musician, in my life I never experience any of the things this gentleman is saying while listening to or writing music. I think compare I. E. Beethoven sixth to cocaine is a crime. Of course, most of modern music is bad in any sense, and with horrible lyrics too, it s a business, but there are millions of wonderful composition, including sacred music. Many composers of the past, Liszt, Bach, in fact were priests! Do you know for example that Bach wrote on the front page of all his scores the words SOLI DEO GLORIA? which is the latin for Alhamdulillah! So, it depends on what music you chose to listen or compose.

I respect the opinion of this imam. But I don't think if anybody can say that music is completely haram unless thre is a clear cut proof. You can't compare alcohol with music because alcohol has been clearly and obviously prohibited which is clearly in the Quran and hadith. But the same thing can't be seen with music. However, there is no doubt that 97% of music of today are haram because it contain stuff that Allah has prohibited.

You can’t say this and give your own opinion until you have reached the level where you can derive rulings from Quran and hadith. “I don’t think anybody can say music is haram without clear cut proof” just because a scholar doesn’t mention the hadith or verse which a ruling is based on in a 7 minute video doesn’t mean that the ruling came from thin air. You are also not supposed to tell non-scholars how you derived a specific ruling just as how a surgeon is not supposed to tell a patient the proof of why a certain prescription has been prescribed for him. If he wants proof, he should become a doctor himself. If you want proof, you should become a scholar yourself because until you become a scholar you should do “taqlid” which means following a marja (an expert in jurisprudence). In every field we always consult an expert and we don’t tell them “show me proof” for what they say but if we really want to study the proof and all of this then we should ourselves become experts.

The reason I cannot be Christian is because logic doesn’t fit with it. For example God doesn’t pray to anything but Jesus prayed. God knows everything but Jesus in the Bible didn’t know the last hour. God cannot die but Jesus died according to Christians (we don’t think he died however which is not relevant but just a side point). Jesus prayed to God (himself?) in the garden of gethsemane “please take the cup away from me Father let it be your will done not mine” but he still died according to Christians so God prayed to God or himself then God rejected his own prayer not to die on the cross and God ended up dying by his own creation. He even said on the cross “My God my God why have you forsaken me” how can Jesus lose hope in God? Also Adam is called THE son of God in the Bible. We are the children of God but does this mean God is a biological father and Adam is a the son of God literally? Why is Mary not God if she gave birth to God? Imagine saying this “I gave birth to God”. Can God become a T-shirt or human or turtle 🐢? No! I just can’t accept it and if I am wrong then I will be more than happy to tell God on the day of judgment that he shouldn’t have created my brain if he wanted me to believe that Jesus is God.

It was the beginning of a new stage of my life that i was going through. a born again process by which God requires every BELIEVER to grow. The problem is the Maulana is lumping all forms of music together. There are also some types of religious practices which if people become obsessed by can become 'haram'. Muslims who obsess about every little rule of fiqh but pay no attention to the rights of their neighbours or family members. So music is a vast subject and is a part of the human cultural fabric. Good music can give vibrancy to life and is often an effective weapon in the fight against oppression and a remedy for many illnesses. So please do not lump all forms of music together!

Deutronomy 18:18, John 14:25-26 and John 16: 12-13 all mention that a prophet will come. This is believed to be Prophet Muhammad Peace be upon him. There are many hadeeths he narrated abput the future which became true. He said' A time will come when people will compete to build tall buildings, where is the tallest buildinds. Is it not true. There are scientific miracles in the Quran such as the mention of the 'Big Bang' and the fact we were all created from water in 21:30. Another place it mentions The stages of the Creaton of a baby in the mothers womb in 22:5 and 23:14. Another miracle is that the quran mentions the origin of iron which is proved to be scientificly correct. Note the middle surah in the Quran is #57 which is called Surah Hadid (the iron), the middle of the earth is made on iron. The Quran mentions that the ocean has waves under waves, which is proven to be scientificly correct. How can a illiterate man who lived in the desert know all of this? So you're saying Muhammad (peace be upon him) in a liar. Yes he was a man but he is the final prophet and he is not a liar. Dont believe me check it for yourself, ill send you a link. I'm not saying that all the hadiths were fabricated , but the ones who have clear literal existence in sunni books must be fabricated indeed . for already logically hear sayings can't arrive as the exact sentences as it was said originally , but surprise it just arrive as the esact sentences of the sunni books !! and ofcourse such hear sayings can't contradict each others !!! but simply does contradict each others , for simply it was copied from the ultra contradictory sunni sources . Needless to say that Majlsi and Al Hurr AL aMILI used to practice Taqiyyah recklessly as they admitted that they used to label themselves " Sha'fi Sunnis " while being in the levant so it seems like they went to far with their Taqiyyah till they absorbed the Shafi'i Doctrines and implemented them into Alevi Islam for already the original Shia is Alevi Shia as Al Nubekhti says in his book " shia sects " page 51 , he said the first and original shia group was called " Alevi" . The path of ehlulbayt was spiritual path not dogmatic one , that's why some of us started to borrow some dogmas and rules from other sects recklessly . and already all such books were written right after the inventiona nd the establishment of sunni books of fiqh and hadith and already this sunni fiqh and hadith was copied from some Zoroastrian and mainly Jewish Pharisee converts to Islam .

God is giving u the permission to do Mutta(Temp Marriage). Show me any single verse in the quran deny inheritance to non Muslim widows ! show me any verse in the quran says that apostates should be killed show me any narration from your books where one of the 12 imams has killed any apostate i have no problem with your Mut'ah however we don't have Mut'ah in Alevism but why your sources shares contradictive narrations about Mut'ah and surpsingly such narrations are the exact sunni narrations in the sunni books and shares the same contradictions ? for simply all of the above was copied from sunni sources .
