@@BranOnline There is a 4 star pity but all it does is that any 2nd 4th star is guaranteed to be an on banner 4 Star. So after you get an off banner 4 star, there is a guarantee that you get one on banner. But there isn't a pity for one specific of the 3.

my biggest regret is probably not asking for help during like events when i first started out. i only recently started reaching out to people about beating bosses, domains, etc. what i dont regret is exploring dragonspine. My biggest regret is that back then when I started Genshin Xiao and Zhongli had a rerun and mind you I was ZERO experienced in this game and didn't know what constellations were at the time. After I luckily won my 50/50 on Xiao's banner, one of my friends told me that I should go for C1 Xiao instead of C0 Zhongli (dummy me, asking a major Xiao simp who I should roll for next) with the rest of my wishes. I was crying when I found out that Xiao doesn't even get a DMG boost or something similar with his C1 :') and instead I maybe could have gotten Mr. John Lee…Nonetheless, Xiao carried me in early game and was my main for a long time, triple crowned even; but not having Zhongli 'till this day makes me sad and I hope I can get him as soon as possible :') MORAL OF THE STORY: LISTEN TO YOUR HEART AND NEVER LET ANYBODY ELSE TELL YOU WHO TO PULL FOR.

Agreed. I was told I wasted my pulls on C1 Xaio, after saving for Alhaitham. I got him and had extra left. Tried for Jade-wing spear, got it, still had some left so I tried for C1 Xaio and got him too. All for 127 pulls. That will probably NEVER happen again in my life.(my first Xaio was also with extra after getting Zhongli) I have also been told I shouldn't be happy for my two "lost" 50/50 Dilucs. Here's hoping for #3 when 3.7 comes out. Depending on who is on those banners.

Omg, same! When I first started playing, Diluc became my favourite character and after doing his story quest I was so confused as to why I didn’t get him as a playable character (I hadn’t realised just yet that, that detail applied to Kaeya, Lisa and Amber only 😭) so I went nuts with the standard banner and did so many pulls on it.. 😳 At one point I accepted that he would come home at some point and I finally got him a month or two ago. Thinking back, I’m like - holy moly why did I spend so much on the standard banner… 🥲

My biggest regret is also related to 2.7 At that point I actually owned every 4 star character, and I intended to continue this trend with Kuki Shinobu. In the end I dropped 70 wishes on that banner, and I got both Itto and Qiqi before I got Kuki. I like Itto, but I already had one at c0 before that point T_T This taught me the valuable lesson of not pulling for 4 stars unless you don't mind getting the 5 star, and it also showed me just how lucky I actually was to be able to collect all those previous 4 stars so easily.

there should absolutely be an epitomized path kind of thing both for four stars and standard five stars !! we should be able to guarantee the four star we want after a certain number of pulls and the standard five star we want (or mind the least) after a certain number of lost 50-50s. my biggest regrets are kind of tied to those wishes - pulling 2 staff of homas back in 1.3 when i wanted WGS and epitomized path wasn't a thing, and spending money on standard banner about 8-9 months after starting to play the game because no amount of lost 50-50s ever got me Diluc who i started playing the game for :( (i do have him now, got him from that money spent on standard so it's not really a regret, plus he's come home 2 more times recently FINALLY, thank you cyno and alhaitham banner 🙏)

I’m slowly trying to lvl my statues now and have stopped collecting oculus in inazuma and sumeru till I decide it’s time to go farm them because I only have statues lvl 4 for each and it’ll make it easier later

I think my biggest regret was rushing the game. I was so focused on building the characters to further the story that I never really took the time to appreciate the lore and everything else. My other big regret isn’t something I really had any control over but the cursed 50/50 character for my account is Mona. Her constellation would be in the double digits at this point, meanwhile my favorite standard character (Diluc) has only gotten to C3

The only bad co-op experience I had was where a dude log into my world while I was afk then once I returned I asked them what they needed and I was farming weapon materials and I asked them once they were done could they help me with it and they said yeah and after he was done he said L+ratio and called me a loser and left. I saw as that being rather rude so I blocked them afterwards

I don’t regret pulling for any characters I have because I pull them because I like their personality and their kit is fun regardless of meta. One of the things I regret the most is not building my supports sooner. Building supports make a huge difference in clearing abyss and it opens up to have variety of teams beside just using the same team.

my biggest regret was buying a rerolled account. I started during Kokomi banner in 2.1, around Sept 2021, and played normally. I didnt really think much about building characters at the time and there were just so much resources wasted while I was learning the game. When I finally got enough knowledge, I wanted to start over but I want to have Kokomi and Keqing in it so I bought an AR5 account with both those units. I pretty much played the account seriously until 2.7 when I realize that a rerolled account is not actually safe. I went back and revived my original account and now I'm having a blast that I got things back on the right track. Looking back, I really regret the time spent on the reroll account. I got so much characters and gears on that account. All of it is now wasted as I don't want to touch it anymore. If I just stuck with my original account from the start, I would have gotten all those characters again. But, it is what it is. I'm just slowly trying to get those characters once again.

That's not true, rerolled account are SAFE and never be UNSAFE, when you bind your email and telephone number, then no one can steal this account. You will say BUT THIS ACCOUNT WILL GET BAN, well NOPE you will not get any bans. Every gacha have reroll acounts for buy, if this wasnt safe no one would buy any rellor accounts. Stop say stupid things, for gacha games starter 5* is big help and everybody who starting with gacha game, should buy it.

My regret? I stopped playing for a little over a year. I played on release and stopped playing around my bday the next year, which is in July. I started playing again when Nahida was released and haven't missed a day since. Admittedly I had a pretty important reason I stopped playing. One of the people who started the game with me passed away and we were all on it all the time, so it was pretty painful to play, but once the space around the grief gets bigger making the grief seem smaller (it is my belief grief never gets smaller, you just grow and can handle it better), you go back to normal. Xingqiu and Yelan is an overpowered duo. The two characters are great alone, but when they are together they become much more deadly, and the additional Hydro application allows to make some teams that otherwise couldn’t work.

I'm probably the opposite of your Yelan regret, I don't exactly regret pulling for her and her weapon because I love her design, I built her well and she does a lot of damage etc etc. I replaced my xingqiu for her, and it doesn't take long before I put xingqiu back in the team lol, purely because of his burst energy requirement with sac sword and I dont want to use sac bow on Yelan x'D. My biggest regret is probably pulling for Xiao on 1.3, I really wanted Hu Tao at the time (leaks man ), so when the banners was revealed to be Xiao and Keqing, I was disappointed Hu Tao wasn't even announced and go "oh well I'll get xiao", so her surprise banner caught me off guard because I just spent on Xiao. That was the exact moment I spent some money for the game lmao.

mine would be not taking my item i used to always take the fastest route to every quest, kill enemies in the fastest way in overworld, and skim over all text. now after 2 years i learned just because i can sprint doesnt mean i have to, at least the first few times of exploring a new area i just walk around and take in the area, the music, the characters even with the enemies, i stopped using strong characters and i stead used ones i enjoy even if theyre weak, which made exploring difficult terrain and fighting tough enemies much more immersive and enjoyable. at least now each new area leaves a memory for me to remember instead of being just a fleeting moment i hope everyone else manages to find their favourite playstyle and stick to it, its much better than following others

About the weapon banner: as a f2p who REALLY wanted homa for my hu tao, I had to resist pulling for a lot of characters I wanted. I saved more than enough to guarantee it, and luckily I only had to go to soft pity once to get it, but I was ready to go all the way if needed. It was 100% worth it since hu tao has no good f2p weapon choices but for the majority of characters, a 4* weapon will be enough and you can get whatever you're lacking from artifacts imo. BUT if you're still a f2p who wants to pull on the weapon banner, be ready to go all the way because you might have to.

My biggest regret is not getting Endora during the limited event. My team wasn't good enough to fight the Oceanid and I was too afraid to do the event in co-op. I had one (new) friend back then but was too scared to ask her for help because I didn't want to bother her. 😅 Therefore my advice for new players is: seek help if you need it! Don't be afraid of doing co-op or ask friends for help. It's true that some players are shitty but there are also plenty of other players who are actually really nice and willing to help newer players.

Some regrets: 1-My biggest regret until very recently was this one during 3.1 with Venti and Cyno's banner. During that time, I heard from a lot of content creators saying that Scarlet Sands was great and Elegy for the end would be a great weapon to lose 50/50s on. So I thought "I want Elegy for Venti and also because it's great for a lot of support characters, like Diona" and so did I pull about 48 wishes then I got Scarlet Sands instead of Elegy. Then I thought "maybe Cyno is pledging for his case cause I got his weapon". Did some pulls and lost 50/50s to Tighnari on pity 68 and no primogems left. So in the end of the day I got a great weapon that no one can use it (that is, until Hu Tao came). 2- I focused a lot on getting the artifact sets without seeing the main stat of a piece and isntead thought the substats were the stats. For instance: I had my Ayaka with a DEF% goblet because it was on her blizzard strayer set or putting HP sands on Xingqiu because he'll be on full Emblem set

If there's one regret, it's that I didn't discover Genshin when it started. I joined during 1.1 and wasn't strong enough to tackle the special event in 1.2 so I missed out on Festering Desire as well as the bonus wishes Hoyo was giving out at the beginning of the game. Pulling for a 4-star nowadays is a lot different from pulling for a 4-star 2 years ago. Back then, even if you don't get the 4-star you want, it's much easier to get it by accident/sheer luck than it is now. There's a good reason why the 4-star demos have been steadying getting better to the point of being almost equal in quality to a 5-star demo; it pays to showcase the 4-stars because they're now just as hard to get as 5-stars (if not harder). Only people who don't use C6 Bennett tends to be physical damage types. IOW, they were doomed to suck anyways. (J/k, please don't kill me.) I feel co-op fear is way overblown for limited time events. Unlike regular co-op such as artifact domains where people hang around until the host begins the challenge, people in limited time events barely have time to greet each other before the challenge automatically begins so you don't even need to socialize. Just let your actions speak for you.

To that person who wants Yoimiya so bad. I've been there, skipped her rerun for Kazuha then promised myself that on her next rerun I'll definitely get her. So I skipped banners then that time came and she was with Nahida of all the characters but got them both. So keep saving! Regarding with c6 Bennett, it's not really that bad. I love playing Eula, Keqing, Ayaka but with a lot of characters that have came out and will be coming in the future you won't need bennett with them. For my biggest regret, I think it would be like spending 20-ish fragile resins pre-AR 45 but it's not on artifact domains it's for leveling and ascending characters and weapons.

Mine use to be accidentally pulling for Yelan. I was wishing for Xiao and made the mistake of clicking out of wishing, and jumped back in without looking at the banner. Clicked a singular wish which turned gold and there was Yelan! While at the time I was super upset with myself, I grew to love her character. I'm a Hu Tao main who had never built Xingqui, but I had started to build Yelan, so I now had a better hydro support other then Mona for my Hu Tao. Now, I main both and Yelan pairs wonderfully with my Yoimiya (whom I don't regret pulling for when Nahida came out). Looking back though, I regret wishing for Zhongli sometimes. I really loved using Noelle for shielding and while she's not 'meta, I adored her character. I don't use Zhongli in anything other than Spiral now. He's one of the only two characters I have ever saved for (this being Zhongli and Yoimiya). Also, just found your content after being recommended it and I'm hyped! I love the pro C6 Bennett and the Diluc appreciation! He's my favourite character (who I don't have!) so hoping for him and Gravestone soon!

I remember one mistake i did that still haunts me to this day. Raiden's first banner. I got her early, won 50/50 - felt nice. Then i decided "you know what? i have 70 wishes left over, might as well try going for her weapon". To this day i'm still trying to recover from that mistake. 70 wishes down the drain, didn't even get a 5* weapon. To this day i'm finding myself running low on wishes when i want to pull for a character - those 70 wishes i had left over back then would most likely help mitigate that

About 2nd account, I agree, I know people who play multiple accounts and they don't really invest much time, their second account is very slack. Me personally only one account, when there is new content in genshin I clear it within a week and get in my login do comms, spend resin routine, while I could technically maintain more accounts during that time I don't want to, there are other things aside genshin I want to do

probably my biggest regret would be not playing more than what I used to. I started playing just 2 months after the game was released, and because of device issues, I basically stopped playing altogether. And after 2 years of on/off playing, I feel like a veteran, with below-average knowledge about the game, since I adore the lore so much, and yet, due to the circumstances in my life, I just wasn't able to enjoy the most out of it. My biggest regret is using the keys for the Story Quests though I don't want to do them yet. I've seven or eight unlocked already and everywhere I go I accidentally trigger them to start. Now they're always in the way for certain parts of Archon Quests or Event Quests. For Lantern Rite I constantly had to do a few steps of three (!) different Story Quests to be able to play the Lantern Rite Quest. That was so much not fun.

My current regret was wishing for Eula. Didn't like her character or kit but my friend wanted her and a weird rivalry happened so that I did so out of spite. Lost one 50/50, rolled albedo instead but stupidly decided to try anyway and lost another 50/50 before getting her. Benched her ever since. Other regret was staff of homa, while good, really was staff of homeless. Lost two 5 stars to elergy and aqua favona but at least these weapons are useful.

The only real regret I have for this game is not starting it sooner as I hate having missed out on some of the events that have different content for each rerun (GAA, Lantern Rite etc) and some that will never rerun like the Unreconciled Stars or the one with Albedo, where people got the Festering Desire. There was also so much lore hidden in them too and although I watched videos of them, it's just not quite the same as having gone through them myself (plus missing out on all the special event rewards of course). Missing out on all this because I kept putting off downloading the game due to being busy with university at the time is honestly such a waste.

No regrets for me; Genshin has been super fun. This game is a work of art, especially the music. Hearing the Chasm soundtrack for the first time in-game felt like an honor. Like, oh wow, I'm being a witness to something great here. I do wish this game would give me one Diluc at AR60, though. I still remember talking to my brother about it back when I started during 1.4. I told him I wanted Venti who was on the banner back then, and Diluc. He said, sure you'll get Diluc, don't know about Venti, lol. I pulled Venti in 45 pulls; still no Diluc. Sob. Maybe one day?..

I only have 2 regrets about Genshin: 1. I didn't start on day one when my friends told me about it, I only started in 1.5 (on Zhongli's banner) and after like 3 maybe 4 weeks I took a break until around 2.3 or so when Albedo's banner was up so I missed out on a lot of things and even if now I am AR59, I could've been AR60 a long time ago. 2. Pulling C1 Raiden instead of C0 Kokomi cuz I got an early. I was not expecting to get anyone at pity 21. One thing that I also used to regret is getting Zhongli by accident at pity 29 when I was aiming for Xingqiu constellations. I hated Zhongli for that, and after a while I was like "Well, since I have him, might as well try to build him, even if I doubt I'll ever even use him" and now he barely leaves my teams, his shield is a life saver, I don't regret getting him at all. Also, I got Hutao, Keqing (which was the only standard character I didn't have and I'm so happy), Yelan and Staff Of Homa, so I wish here that anyone who wants them, I hope you get them and win your 50/50s, cuz as someone who already lost their 5th 50/50 in a row, I know the pain, or if you do lose your 50/50, at least let it be someone you really want, and good luck on your future pulls everyone, I hope you get the characters you want. I will probably not wish on anyone until someone that I really want will come, or maybe Nahida if she gets a re-run, but until then, I'm gonna save like I did until now.

I hate to say it but pulling for Cyno. Do note that I love Cyno's personality as a character. His play style is also fun, with the QTE minigame, animations and reminds me of Razor gameplay. Cyno's damage is also very impresssive once you set him up. However, I spend 80% of the time I'm playing on the overworld and using him for overworld is an absolute nightmare. It takes too long to set him up and if you do finish setting him up, enemies are probably already long dead

C6 Bennett is one of my faves. He doesn't mess up any of the teams I use and in fact makes my damage better.

My biggest regrets: 1. My inconsistent luck as a newbie F2P make me only have 12-13 characters in the slots (With Yelan, Bennett C1, Xiangling, Kaeya, Dendro MC, Lynette C1 and Razor as main), but... 2. Spend too many Primogems, Sanctifying Essence, Hero's Wits and other resources like food, etc. without planning beforehand, leading to world level too high for me and not enough resources for domains and weekly bosses. 3. AR Ascension 1 quest too hard for my 4 gb RAM laptop also leading to number 2 above.

About C6 bennett If you play for fun then C6 bennett just gives you more options to play like pyro kazuha or whatever you want If you play for meta and want the best teams possible then C6 bennett doesn't matter cuz youre not going to use him with units that he can break anyway

I regret not pulling for Ayaka's sword during her eternal banner when CN was under lockdown. Not for her, but for Kaeya, who is my spoiled prince lol. I really want it now and have been saving for a long time, I have around 270 wishes saved up. I hope it gets rerun soon, it's hard skipping all the banners but I also don't want to tap into my savings because it's so difficult to stop once you're on the dopamine rush of pulling. Also I regret not pulling on the WGS-banner. Due to my standard banner character simpery (I have Kaeya, Amber and Lisa at C6) I have many 5* weapons, but no WGS 😔 serpent spine is great too, but Diluc deserves his pretty, red sword

Mine has to be pulling for Ayato not only we got Yelan a patch later (which for my acc was better than another hydro dps) but my Childe was so crack at the moment that i had to farm so much just to get Ayato to do the same dmg. What can i say, the Vergil memes got me. 😂

My biggest regret is whaling (imo) on Xiao's banner when he had a rerun (I started playing during 2.0). He wasn't guaranteed and so I spent a lot of money, only to get Mona :) I got him since then, but I'm still scared my parents will discover it because I know how stupid I was to do it.

My biggest regret is taking a break from Genshin during the beginning of 2.7 when i had got stuck in the Mond archon quest and playing again late 2.8. I couldve learnt so much and Id have Kazuha by now. Sadly, I was against looking up tutorials at the time, but I understand now.

Not killing every mob I see, especially in Inazuma... Now I have to actually "farm" for handguard with the enemy guide rather than just have enough from exploring like I have with hilichurl and slime mats. Not making the same mistake in Sumeru, all Eremites I see on my way to a chest are going to the land of eternal slumber, nothing personal.

My regret is getting way too hyped for a character and double crowning, then benching (Eula). I love her style and combat, but just cannot stand missing her burst when an enemy decides to hop away at the last second, especially in the abyss.

Regrets? To begin with, I did skip 3.3, which on the one hand was foolish (Ayato main who is in dire need of Haran and C3 for testing purposes) but on the other meant I was able to deal with assignments over Christmas along with restoring my passion for the game which was near dead when Wanderer dropped. In this sense I suppose I regret not getting back into the game before 3.3 was over but its whatever. As far as actual regrets go: building Xiao, not building Ganyu and Hu Tao upon getting them (1.2 and 1.3 so would have been worth the investment), using all my fragiles on noblesse domain at AR40, spending on Albedo after losing 50/50 in 2.3, squandering weapon pity on Memory of Dust/Polar Star instead of waiting on Elegy/Homa (though I did get both of these later on down the line on Haran 1 and the current Homa banner), building Thoma since I was ignorant thinking his kit would not be a case of constellations greatly improving him and lastly building pity on Ayaka since I will never use her.

I have a vivid memory of me at AR 40 not knowing what resin was thinking it was something akin to primos, and capping my resin at 2000 using all my fragile resin waiting for the banner that used resin. yes i am dumb

about avoiding a game because a community; totally understandable. But in my case, I'll always test the game first no matter how awful the community is. I'm gonna try the game myself and experience it myself if they're worth the community or not. At least for genshin, I've always wanted to play it. I came from Honkai SEA in 2017 and around two years into it, mihoyo announced that they were working on an open world game for mobile platform and I was on cloud nine. At that time the game didn't even had a name yet, not until a year later in 2020 they announced the cbt for genshin and sadly i didnt get in but the hype never died down. Glad to say I'm a day 1 player with no off day from the game 😂 and its worth it

People sleep on C6 Bennett. Listen. My favorite thing is putting him with Itto in abyss. When Itto's burst is down, I use Benny's ult to turn Itto into a pyro DPS. It's KINDA nice when Hoyo likes to fill abyss with mages and lectors that have those big elemental shields.

I think my two biggest regrets were spite spending for Ganyu on her first banner after losing 50/50 to Qiqi (Ganyu is strong but not that interesting to play for me) and pulling Cyno. I love Cyno's character and his burst so he comes out for some bosses and abyss, it's just his normal attacks and skill are boring so he's not fun to play in the overworld.

My biggest regret is ignoring the daily commissions from two/three weeks because I didn't think that they'd be that important into getting primogems. Then spending exploration primogems on standard banner because I wanted...... Qiqi........I got her when I wanted a Kazuha......cuz my only anemo unit was anemo Aether.....still got Kazuha tho. Also, pulling on the weapon banner for one single copy of Xiphos Moonlight. I ended up with every weapon on that banner, a jade cutter, a paddle sword, an r4 evenstar, a Sayu cons and a Ningguang cons. I didn't get my Xiphos moonlight. Then proceeded to not get Nahida.......so children, as a f2p, never pull on the weapon banner because it's a mistake. Regret will eat your very soul-*gets dragged away before she starts ranting*

I kind of regret getting Itto and his C1. I rarely use him, I just dislike on-field damage dealers who rely so much on their Burst to do damage, they feel inefficient and cannot be fully enjoyed in Open World. Demolishing Ruin enemies with Itto is super satisfying though.

I tried pulling for Thoma. Getting Qiqi from Hu Tao's banner (and no Thoma, naturally) hits different. And yes, I knew that there is no 4* guarantee, and I didn't even want Hu Tao. I wouldn't really call it a regret tho, because it gave me a guarantee for whichever 5* was next (don't remember).

I have NEVER gotten a Kaeya; ever. Thank goodness he is available in the shop, or I'd probably never have any constellations. I also happily "lost" the 50/50 twice and got Diluc; once while pulling for C1 Zhongli(which I also got), and once while pulling for Shenhe. I wish I knew about repeat banners early on; I wouldn't have dropped $200 on Zhongli five days before the banner ended, thinking I'd miss my chance. :( Saving primos for my favourite characters is a pain though. Especially when there are more than four I currently really want.(Kazuha, Albedo, Shenhe, Nahida(also one future yet to be released), and c1+ for Cyno, Thoma.....) The struggle is real. I regret using SOOOO many primos on the permanent banner trying for Diluc and Kaeya.

I regret that I played since day one, for about 1h then left for a year. Then played for 2 months and left again. Since 2.6 I'm playing regularly daily even and it's wonderful. Second regret is pulling Childe - I don't like his playstyle but I fell this necessity to have a 5star so I pulled him. He is and forever will be my first 5star. Luckily every other 5star I have is a character I really wanted so I am not making this mistake again.

my biggest regret is astually stop playing for a literally whole year. i started playing on october 2020, only playing it ONE DAY until i got noelle from beginner wish, and comeback on october 2021. damn i missed so many great banner, festering desire, dodoco tales, first lantern rite, and i had to wait for the reruns (for example like kazuha rerun, yeah the pain). but now my acc is pretty much settled because ofcourse i spent alot of money, if not, how can i keep up with these double rerun banners that keep going insane every patch. I think my biggest regret was to download the game when it came out on the PS4 but never actually playing cos the icon looked 'cheap' and I thought it would be crap. My 2nd regret is that I started I didn't wish cos I didn't understand anything about banners or wishes. I thought I would need the primogens for some progression and they (mihoyo) were tricking me on spending them. Even tho I started in 2.5 my 1st 5 star was Xiao in 2.7, right after I feel in love with Venti, having just missed his banner. My last regret is possibly pulling for Itto. I have a husbando account, and I thought i would get him, but I don't have any fun with him and can't be bothered investing.

I don't regret pulling for any characters but I do regret skipping redhorn and prioritizing C6 Itto in his first banner. I lost every 50/50 and decided not to go for redhorn then I realized other than a level WGS and under level serpent spine I didn't have any good weapon for him. Then for some reason I maxxed out and refine the whiteblind when I could have level up my r3 serpent spine.

As f2p, I dont have the luxury to pull for every 5 stars. I dont regret acquiring 5 stars character because any addition is welcome. It's just the lack of discipline on my part that I hate.

C2 Raiden. I fell in love with her design and got fooled by the C2 Raiden hype. Lost all my 50/50 on that banner so had to top off to get her. Just to pretty much bench her only few weeks later. Did not enjoy her play style nor her personality once I learned more about her.
