Biggie's voice and flow were just unparalleled. I remember someone saying he was the Pavarotti of HipHop. No one could compete with that huge voice. They both died so fucking young.

No other rapper is as iconic in the hip hop world as Tupac. What he accomplished in 25 years of his short existence, most never come close in their entire lives. He was often regarded as the hardest working man in the business and this was consolidated through his constant albums of songs, which are still coming out til this day, while starring in multiple movies, dealing with the media, writing poetry, writing a screenplay, cementing his legacy etc. Tupac knew he wasn't gonna live long, so he worked relentlessly to finish what he started and to leave something for the future. He may not have been the most intricate in rhyme play nor the illest in flow, but when he spoke, it was like a leader leading a revolution. He was magnetic in energy; he had an aura similar to Bob Marley. He had more than just talent. He was born gifted. So many rappers are talented as well but they just don't have it.

@Tupac Amaru Shakur Poetry lmfao. Says the guy who's never created or memorized a whole song in his life. Let alone a whole album. Watch your mouth boy.
@torres02304 жыл бұрын
@Tupac Amaru Shakur Poetry wow. The hate run deep in your soul kid. Bias isn't even close to the word we need to describe you. When you come like that no one can take you serious. Biggies voice is dogshit ? Lol . Talk about subjective. You don't want to talk Real rap with me brother, especially with that west coast bias. Pac is like Nas with more feeling as WAY less bars. I fuck wit Pac. Wild classics. Bat for bar def ain't even in Biggs World, let alone league. Song making and connection level for pac was off the charts. But more because he resonated off the mic more than on it. Take away who Pac was off the mic takes away from his songs. It's all preference though. To act like Bigg doesn't have an amazing gift is goofy. Your probably west coast sick or a Pac groupie. Either way that doesn't make your opinion any more valid. In fact it makes it less valid bcz of your bias. What are your thoughts on Big Punisher?? Or are you only versed in West coast rap?

TruthInTheBooth In my opinion, rap is more about the effect your words make on others, rather than your flow, or the way you sound. Don't get me wrong that is a big part of hip hop, but when you say something that causes a movement / up rise from your community towards the government, that's when you know what you are spitting is fire. There is a reason people to this day think the police took pac out, that's because the government wanted to silence a woke brother, someone who caused them trouble. "I'm not saying I will change the world, but I guarantee you that I will spark the brain that will change the world" who's speaking like that at such a young age??

Gang Starr - Moment of Truth is one of the top 5 greatest rap songs of all time! "Seems that life is just a constant war between good and evil The situation that I'm facin, is mad amazin To think such problems can arise from minor confrontations Now I'm contemplatin in my bedroom pacin Dark clouds over my head, my heart's racin Suicide? nah, I'm not a foolish guy Don't even feel like drinking, or even gettin high Cause all that's gonna do really, is accelerate The anxieties that I wish I could alleviate But wait, I've been through a whole lot of other shit, before So I oughta be able, to withstand some more But I'm sweating though, my eyes are turning red and yo I'm ready to lose my mind but instead I use my mind I put down the knife, and take the bullets out my nine My only crime, was that I'm too damn kind And now some scandalous motherfuckers wanna take what's mine But they can't take the respect, that I've earned in my lifetime" untouchable
