As a hopefully soon to graduate to intermediate, amateur climber, I have to say I learned a lot from your clips. Especially videos like this that you break down what to expect now vs some time from now, or the one about how to hang from sloppers.

interesting to hear what you mentioned as beginners, i can already do what alot of advance can do like muscle ups, long splits and weighted pullup! i wanted to get into it now lol cant wait to see how far i can push my body

Also a pro will be lighter. If you think about it, if you weigh less then your muscles won't need to be as strong
