Psychologically-speaking, a customer will buy when the perceived value exceeds the price by as little as 1 cent. The ONLY objection that can't be overcome by value building is if they actually do not have the money, but plans can then be made. Any other objection pops up because not enough value was built, from the beginning of the customer's visit to the presentation of the work being sold. When perceived value exceeds price, it equals a sale.

At one point I felt like Chris was moonshine happy and going on a tangent; then I realized his pure genius was preparing to SHINE through. Great video, all great points. I feel like this content is seriously underrated and under viewed. I wonder why? With how many disastrous service departments there are, I would think more people would be flocking to this stuff. Maybe it’s because a lot of advisors are still part of the older generation that is less in touch?

Chris I disagree that advisors are not sale people. It’s not easy to sell service at high volumes.
