love your ideas honestly..... i just started getting more confident wearing shorts on the dressy style side so I am going with your suggestions.... and you've got some good ones cause i don't know how to match clothes the way you do lol..... i just bought a pair of boat shoes and those are my favorites.... you're awesome

Parker, Thanks for the info. I'm a 58 yearold grandfather who cares about style. Many of your styles look good on some older guys too. Personally I like my shorts an inch or 2 longer. I agree white sneakers with no show socks look good with nearly ever short outfit. Thank's again.

Parker. With loafers you ought to try those pantyhose socks that women wear with Flats . They're impossible to see when wearing loafers . Just make sure you get the ones with the rubber pads on the heel. A little trick that I learned from a European friend of mine with loafers

4:10 ...Thats literally how i dress lol.. "a dad with no style" in my 20s, apparently. I wear either sporty sneakers or sandals, but sandals arent always the best choice (due to for example weather), so i just wear a colorful shirt, shirts, some crew socks and and sporty shoes lol. Yeah i suppose it doesnt look fashionable, but its all i got lol. I absolutely hate those non-showing socks, and really dislike the flatter style of sneakers that everyone tends to wear. Its just not as comfortable as those sturdier athletic shoes.
