In 2021, after completion of speciality training a doctor from uk is considered equal to D.M from India... Degree from UK is recognised in India, but Indian degree is not recognised there... 11:40 after RLMT , there is no discrimination between imgs and uk residents..

u r justifying ur decision ...that's all.... a consultant degree from the UK has a high value all over the world .. for example, i work in Dubai.... an MD/MS from India can never get to the post of a consultant here , even to get a specialist license u need to have a few years of home country experience . A cct from uk , gives u the consultant post immediatedly all over the world with a very high salary upto 1 lakh 50 thousand aed monthly..

Try and not demotivate people with wrong information. Make video with someone who is currently working in NHS ,so people can get true idea of whats going on right now and not what was there 10 -15 years before🤷🏼
@sumitrana47084 жыл бұрын
she is not demotivating at all, its the harsh truth of working in UK ,she didnt tell about the salary u get , u can earn better in india because most of the salary goes in to Taxes , whatever u get in hand is not what u expected . my husband who is a qualified cardiologist himself worked a a medical doctor had to left UK after working only for 6 months .

@@sumitrana4708 which year was it that ur husband went to uk??
@sumitrana47084 жыл бұрын
@@urvipatil757 he worked from the starting of 2019 to autumn of 2019 and left as a lot of politics involved . by the way , he got offer from Republic of ireland and 2 jobs on consultant position which is another country where he worked for 8 years . and then he got a post due to Corona not because he has experience or Qualified . just because others can't work without being on specialist register . Also, u don't even know the politics at top so, hard to say it could be personality to personality . Some people just come from India and just go to UK and don't work in other parts of Europe .

You see in my own country own state I am being shamed for having done my mbbs from a private medical college. Students from govt college are given more preferences cuz they have got the tag. Considering all that I am having a state of mind that if in my own nation I am being considered an inferior then why not take the risk of being treated as a second citizen in the UK. That will be lesser traumatising than the shading I am going under right now.

You are absolutely right I'm doing mbbs from abroad as it's too expensive in India from a private college and I'm looked down upon by everyone

Post Brexit, I think EU/Non EU doesn't make much of difference esp with covid and all.. UK even started offering exceptions to ecfmg certified but who didn't match in the US since Jan 2021..I think they are in need of doctors and nurses... And racism isn't anything new or unique to UK, it's everywhere.. And what if you want to change into British passport then it's alright, right??
