Nice. So, I've been thinking about and working on this a lot the last few days--you're timing is crazy btw--and I'm starting to think of this as a second brace. The plant foot is the first brace to stop our movement and transfer energy to the upper body, but we also need a rotational brace (to get as much of that energy as possible into the throwing arm) where the upper body--the off-side shoulder really--stops rotating forward which moves the rotational energy into the throwing arm instead of being wasted.

Perfect timing as I switched back to standstill towards the end of this season and now rebuilding my form and x step. Great little series can’t wait to tie them all together 👍

at 1:58 Lizotte does the whip at 1:59 Lizotte does the last second "smash glass with elbow pull through" ALSO yes he is compact , but also notice placement of right foot how far away to the right it is. Lizotte has said "the further out to the side you get your planter foot the longer the disc will go bcuz of better hip rotation etc" can you speak on these two ideas?
