ffs - I have stalled a bit at 120 meters, and I see now that I don't plant at all. I just "step down" from toe to heel on my front foot and transfer all my energy down into that step. Going to need and try to plant horizontally and see what happens!

Hi ! I've only played discgolf for 3 months, been addicted to form videos and guides eversince trying to get the hang of my x-step and armspeed..But I believe this is the winner for me, thanks :)

i know why its hard to do..because basically your asking your body to move in two different directions at the same time...lower half moving forward..upper half reaching backward.

I think even better concept to understand this is spring that is twisted. One end is attached that is your front foot braced and then you start unload that tension from the bottom to the top- hips, shoulders and then your arm pulling through

I still have 2 out of the 3 Innova discs I bought in 1983. An ex gf lost 1, the original Roc, so I would still have them all. I have 25 Innova , 6 not .

I think, starting out as a much younger man, Innova had the coolest stamps and names and that was really attractive. It's like any relationship, looks has a lot to do with it. After youve learned the discs, grown to love them It's really hard to change. Now in my 40s, 90% ot my bag is still Innova. I've tried a lot of other disc brands, but always go back to trusty old Innova. Not to mention they still have the best discs. You can't deny they make some excellent plastic.

You are very smart and helpful young man. This is extremely well thought out and epitomizes the logic of the scientific method/scientific process of hypothesis testing. Solid information and I am definitely going to see what I can do with it for my own form.

Both are releasing at their big toe. Also remember that Eagle just had major shoulder surgery, so his upright form could have led to some problems by adding strain to his delts/ rotatorcuff. Ricky is bent over putting less strain on his delts. Let's see a video of Sarah Holcomb/ Nate Sexton style!

So do you think we should use our abs active in a throw or not? Its pretty hard for me whenever teachers are talking about the core, 'use your core' Because i have tried it, and it gives me more power when im crunching my abs, but is it the right way, or should i try to keep abs as relaxed as possible?
