I had the same problem with my axle on my 2020, I also just had to replace the front wheel bearings and spherical bearings. I also bought an extended warranty, its totally worth it.

Can you post a video of towing differences between the 8.5ft vs 7ft wide? Looking at snowmobile trailers and an 8.5 wide allows you to park them side by side where a 7ft wide you have to stagger them. A lot of people prefer the 7ft because you can see behind it and it's easier to tow.

I have a small 6 x 12 that I haul my Atv in and primitive camp myself. The problem that worries me when I'm sleeping is that some knuckle head will come along and close the bar lock and I wont be able to get out. I wish there was a way to lock the bar in the open position as well for some piece of mind.

Throw a lock on with the bar out!

Does the ramp add any room from for height of a utv as to relationship to door frame height. 75" polaris general 1000 deluxe.....74" door frame height is the delema

I found that since the rear tires are still on the ramp as the front tires are going into the trailer, it was OK. The roof cage will generally clear the doorway. It'll be close, but typically that will work.

Did you try to scoot all the way to the right to see if its easier to get out of the machine?

Dont have enough room really, you ride the cables up the ramp so youd have to turn on your way in and on the way out. I just switched from a 7x16 to 8.5x20, hardly any difference pulling it with a half ton v8.

I went from a 7 x 14 to a 8.5 x 16 so much easier to get in and out of my SXS. Not difficult to haul around.

I have Terryx s 4. I don't think it will fit in 7ft as the door clearance is 81" and Terryx is 80.5'. very close . What do you think?

The 8.5 foot trailer will have wheel wells inside of the box. Will that interfere w you door opening?

Why not just push the machin over to the passenger side of the trailer and it’d give you a foot to get out of the machine?

Install an 12v electric winch in the front of the trailer. An 8.5ft trailer is way difficult to drive around.
