GIRL I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. i am a chronic skin picker sadly, i used your tip on the rose water since i have it laying around, i wet a cotton pad and put it on my problem area FOR A SECOND.. LET ME TELL YOUU!! IT WAS ACTUALLY MAGICAL. immediately i noticed a difference; the pain and swelling quickly started going down and the redness lessened. im using a lavender face mask as i type this. i trust you with my life

For my combination skin, I've found that abricot kernel oil is quite good to erase and prevent scars (to use at night). Another miraculous product is snail slime, but make sure to chose products that are cruelty free.

Good video, but I think you confused endorphins for testosterone. Because exercise mainly affects the release of endorphins, which is what makes us feel good

I always put vaseline on the spots I picked the most and double cleanse

I use a wet washcloth on my face after my picking episodes. It helps release the urge to pick and the burning inflammation. During some time the skin softens and then I join my Macadamia Melkfat. It's really helpful. 🤕

What about Argan oil? I noticed that it helps with the immediate redness, but that it causes a recently picked area to scab.
@KIMONSKIN5 жыл бұрын
Tonya Helmer Hi Tonya 👋🏼 Argan oil is a tricky one because it’s high In polyunsaturated fats (around 35%) and that means the older it gets and the more oxygen gets to it every time it’s exposed to it, it’s at risk of lipid peroxidation which is the oxidative breakdown of fats such as the polyunsaturated (especially this kind). This can result in a mixture of issues for the skin such as inflammation and acne - even more so if it’s mixed with other ingredients from different skincare products during a routine! 😶 if it’s working for you well, then that’s good as the amount of vitamin E is very helpful in repairing skin damage, but maybe purchase a new bottle after a couple of months and keep it in a cold, dark place away from sunlight 🌞

Yes she said it in the video, dab a tiny bit of the oil on the affected area with a Q-Tip, but be careful with open wounds.
