I normally source from small thrift stores and connections. Lots of people are willing to give up all of their stock if you buy in bulk.

Have you tried having your packages picked up instead of taking them to the PO every day? Huge time saver! I gave up on depop after having pretty much nothing but ridiculous low ball offers on things. Maybe I'll give it another shot and throw a few hundred items back out there and Etsy and see what happens and try to leverage social media more.
