Hi Jenn. Just checked out your eBay store. I noticed a number of items have unusually high shipping, $16.20 - $19.65 for items that should weigh less than a pound like a cotton shirt, a pair of workout shorts, etc. Maybe double check your listings and make sure the shipping info is correct. Perhaps that will help increase your sales.

I think she mentioned she does calculated shipping. I used to have that on too and once I changed it to flat rate my sales increased, you’re right about that.

@ yes, I believe she does do calculated shipping. I believe perhaps some of either the weights or package dimensions may incorrect on some listings which would result in an overly high shipping cost. Comparing 2 like items, one shows shipping at $16.20 and the other $7.50. I just wanted Jenn to be aware in case it’s a mistake on some of the listings.
