I want my 5.7 to run as close to stock as possible 99.9% of the time. I just want a 100-150 shot available in case a scat or something similar pulls up next to me at a red light. I thought you could just adjust the stock plug gap a little colder instead of replacing them? Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’d assume aerosol alcohol injection systems on the intake would prevent knock, that’s what we all did on 87 grand nationals when we turned up the boost. Also on a wet plate system can you run a secondary fuel tank just for the wet plate nitrous fuel injection? I know toluene really increases the octane when mixed with gasoline. I’m planning on putting a 6.4 intake manifold with active runners on it anyway. Headers are also something I’m strongly considering. Where do you guys find local tuners that are good with hemis, or do you all just buy preprogrammed tunes? Appreciate any feedback.

You might want to do some research on that octane booster because when it raises it by 8 is probably more like .8 biscuits a lot of people in trouble they think they're running over 100 octane when in fact you would be lucky to raise it one octane rating with an entire bottle

Pro tip. If they have a throttle body spacer or they call nitrous nos you probably shouldnt take advice about nitrous from them

Go get a flex fuel kit with a reader so you know exactly what your gas is there a little pricey but definitely worth it then you can run E or 91-93 whatever your car already knows

If you mix ethanol and gas (I'll use the lowest rating for example) 50/50 you will get 100 octane rating, pure ethanol has octane rating of 113

No 6.4 came with headers they came with better manifolds but those things you calling headers aren't they're just regular manifolds.

Yeah man i got separate tunes one for 100 shot and 150 i got one tune done on the dyno and the other tune i just got mail order tuned from hemifever

That's only 8 points for 10 gallons, you need almost 2 bottles of that for 18 gallons

@@BrandonJ.88 I got the first dyno run with 100 shot and all the other mods. I never dyno tested it again with the 150. I went straight through hemifever with a email tune on 150. Runs faster now then it did with the 100 shot. So yeah fuck outta here
